Overall, it was okay. The staff was very friendly at first, but in the end, we were shocked!
Why? Upon arrival, we were offered public transport tickets to travel (for free) during our stay, even though they knew we were coming by car.
One ticket cost €17.50, so €35 for two.
Since our child (1 year old) unfortunately vomited the day before, we decided to leave a day early. The shock came when we went to pay! We booked everything through Booking.com, and the fixed price was €480, but they said it would cost €515! The two unwanted public transport tickets they had politely given us upon arrival were simply added separately. And considering we had to leave a day early and they knew our child was sick, they showed no understanding regarding the price. Ah, almost forgot, the website said breakfast was included, but that's misleading! We were standing there in the empty dining room when we were told we had to pay extra for it.
Seriously, what kind of place is this? Definitely never again!
