Friendly, family-run hotel with kind and helpful staff. Conveniently located close to the highway, which makes it easy to reach. The rooms are fairly basic but OK. While I’m usually a fan of art, the artistic style of the hotel wasn’t quite my taste. Overall, a pleasant stay with a warm atmosphere.

Terrible service. We arrived at night and were warned about late check-in. We were told to call upon arrival. We stood for 40 minutes in the cold trying to get through. Apparently the administrator fell asleep. The money for the reservation was not refunded.

Almost everything was great.
Points of criticism: The duvet is small, measuring 200 x 135 cm. For someone used to a larger duvet at home, this isn't very comfortable, and I also didn't like the pillow. Many hotels offer a choice of two different pillows, so you can choose the one that suits your preferences.
Otherwise, everything was good: quiet, clean, and the breakfast was adequate.

Simple and ok Hotel
Was clean and the bathroom was big. No problems at check-in or check-out. Ok breakfast. The hotel is located on a fairly busy road and we had to choose between having it very hot in the room with the window closed or lots of noise from the road with the window open - neither of which was great. But for the cost, the place definitely lived up to expectations.

Our car broke down and last minute we stopped at the BMW service station and needed to spend the night before it was fixed. The art hotel welcomed us last minute and helped ease our minds with their flexibility.
Rooms were clean but very hot (it was 33 that day-no ac). Breakfast was only okay.

Very nice service. Was well received and good food. The only thing that let it down was that there was no AC & it was 30 degrees+
