BEWARE OF BEDBUGS

We arrived to the hotel and settled in, everything seemed fine until I found myself laying down with my phone, immediately felt a bug in my face and turned on the light. To my surprise it was a flea - there was another on the wall over the bed! Felt an urge to investigate and lifted the mattress only to find bedbugs!

Gathered our things and went to the reception, to let them know we’re leaving for another hotel, and promised them discretion on the matter in exchange for a full refund, was promised the refund would be done the next day, but it never arrived as promised.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL, AT IT’S INFESTED AND HAVE A DISHONEST STAFF

Family room is no more than a 2-personal names with an unfolded sofa beds. Is a lift but it stops halfway through 2 floors, so not convenient for disabled persons. The Hotel is quietly situated and convenient for 1 night. Parking is insufficient, one was en the parking garage to the room outside parking garage on site too little place for all the cars. Breakfast was reasonable compared to the ibis budget bonn which hotel it was cheaper.

The Bavaria Hotel was unfortunately, had to be the dirtiest Hotel I've ever spend a night. The toilet was dirty and contaminated. Across the room, long black hair, probably from a dog. In room 7 really thick disgusting were spiders. The walls were full with their networks ... unfortunately Could not sleep the whole night because I thought it added me a while to sleep with me. Am really not a spider's friend.
The Breakfast was not so great. Cold boiled eggs, old sausage, and cold the feast gepapptes scrambled eggs at the Buffet ... unfortunately could eat only the sealed yogurt Cup, where also, the expiration date is on it, with a clear Conscience.

The only thing that really was okay, the Sauna and the swimming Pool.
Only this is not enough by far for a pleasant stay and a good night's sleep.
In my opinion this Hotel does not deserve a star. And for this price( 80€ ), you get 1000 times better room !

The bed was terrible. The water stood in the shower. The shower gel standing there was so old the letters on the packaging were fading. At the breakfast scrambled eggs were empty and no one bothered to refill. The juice machine produced a loot of things but no juice. It wasn't obviously dirty but in bad shape in general and severely overpriced.
