Perfect location, just 5 minutes from the main train station. Very friendly service.

Centrally located hotel, clean room and bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff.
There's no refrigerator or kettle in the room. There's also no air conditioning (although there is a fan). The elevator goes to the reception (3rd floor), so if you have heavy luggage or limited mobility, you'll need to be aware of this.
You can park at a discounted rate (€15 per day) at the "Sterntor" parking lot. Drive directly there and walk for 4 minutes.

Very clean and quiet peaceful stay, within 7 walk from the train station, staff are very friendly however the front desk closed early , my fob to access the hotel was disfunction during late night , need to call the staff open the gate . But its a lovely stay

Stayed in December.
Close to the station and a very cute room.
The shower had no problems with water pressure or temperature, the heating worked well, and the bed was large so I could get a good night's sleep.
There was a vending machine, so if you have coins you can buy drinks and snacks. Bills cannot be used.

The entrance is hard to find, so Japanese people should be careful.
The elevator looks very old, but if you press the button it will come down, so open the door yourself and enter.
It's a little scary but exciting.
Also, the door is locked at 8pm, so you should be careful about the check-in time.

What made me very happy
I had a sore throat and couldn't stop coughing when I checked in,
and the receptionist gave me a kettle and herbal tea when she saw that. I was traveling alone, so her kindness really touched me.

I went to leave my luggage 3 hours before check-in, but the room was already ready, so I was able to check in early. The front desk staff were also very kind. The location is convenient, close to both the central station and the city center. It's a little inconvenient that there is no refrigerator, but it's acceptable considering the location and price.
