Hotel FIVE in Nurnberg

What a great find, cool and laid back, but that doesn't detracted from the important points like great staff, well organised and helpful from house keeping to bar to reception, fantastic attention to detail. We ate in the "diner" one of our 2 nights, again all the above applies, nice. The music fan member of staff on Sunday evening was exceptional, friendly yet professional. We hope he liked our recommendations of bands including Queensryche ! If management recognise him please pass on our thanks. A note for arrivers by car. There is a big construction outside the hotel, please see pic. This DOES NOT AFFECT THE HOTEL AT ALL, it just confused our Waze navigation, although it shows on google maps. The parking (TG) for the hotel is literally 30 seconds away. This is for guidance only and could be helpful for drivers.

Room was very small, you only get the basics. The parking situation was extremely difficult to navigate. Air conditioning system makes a constant buzzing noise. Nevertheless I slept very well after all the neighbors went to sleep and stopped with the footfalls and banging. Great location for walking around downtown.

The employees were top notch, and the food at the restaurant was really good as well.

Great location adjacent to Christmas markets. Lovely spacious room. Heating works well, and the staff are helpful and efficient.

Very nice comfortable room, and the diner breakfast was awesome. You can’t beat this location for the Christmas markets.

Small hotel, great staff and very clean!

The room was spotless and excellent staff. Nothing was too trouble. Breakfast was delicious and you can order as much as you like.

Rooms and dining room was clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location.

The hotel is good, located right in the city center, with all attractions within walking distance. There is parking across the road (reservation required). The breakfasts are decent.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — very central and convenient, with private, safe underground parking just steps away. The parking spots are generously spacious, which made unloading luggage a breeze.

Our room was large, clean, and very comfortable, with plenty of space to relax after a long day. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options.

We also dined at the hotel restaurant, and the burgers were delicious, perfectly cooked and flavorful. The mojito was also surprisingly good, a great way to unwind in the evening.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with any questions or requests.

If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be that tea and coffee in the room were not complimentary — a minor detail, but it would have been a nice touch.

Overall, highly recommended and would definitely stay again!
