We booked a room for 2 adults and 1 infant, hotel accepted a reservation, however upon arrival we were given a small room on the top floor (property has no lift) with two single beds and no cot. When asked where is the cot, we were told that they don’t t offer cots and that there will be no refund. Be aware reviews on google was blocked by the owner and amended

It’s close to the train station. Lots of food options at the station. Take the tunnel S1-23 and you emerge just a minute's walk from the hotel. Unfortunately there was no lift but the staff helped us carry our heavy luggage up. The room was small for the 3 of us. But everything was clean and comfortable. There was no kettle, coffee nor tea. No fridge. There was a fan which we used. Breakfast was ok.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms are clean with a good bed. As in every German middle class hotel, the shower room/ toilet has a very noisy fan when the light is switched on.

The breakfast is okay. Do not expect more than the standard assortment.

Unfortunately there was only cow milk or yoghurt for the cereal bowl, which is not my personal preference, but no hard feelings, I survived and I am still ok, hence a 4 star review.

The hotel is very nice, clean and tidy. The room and bathroom were sufficiently spacious and comfortable. The staff was really nice. The breakfast was very rich, I especially enjoyed the presence of a tasty fresh fruit salad.
The location of the hotel is very central, ideal to explore the city. If you are travelling by car, you have to consider the fact that the roads in the neighbourhood, all with car parking charges. However, just walk a little and leave the walls and you can find plenty of free parking.

Auto unload not even close to the hotel. Parking for€ 24, two streets further, for 12€ a trip around the world removed by the construction site and not accessible, is cancelled.

This is the perfect place for an old town visit. We were here with my wife during Christmas market and this is the perfect location if you are planning a long weekend in central Nürnberg, everything is closeby and easy to reach. We had a corner room and in December the bathroom can get a bit chilly, otherwise everything is perfect.

One of the best overnight stops on our road trip. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We were even loaned a kettle and given some fresh milk for our morning tea! The room was well appointed, and very clean. The bed was quite comfortable, and the shower good. Breakfast was pleasant, with boiled eggs and pastries available. The hotel has, as it's name suggests, a small and secluded garden, a very peaceful spot indeed, yet the hotel is only 5 minutes' walk from the Altstadt. We recommend the Trödelstuben for great food and entertainment! All in all, excellent value for money.
