Good experience, not a 5 starts hotel but enough for a couple of nights.

Very friendly staff, maybe a bit more modern facility's would help.

Almost all staff members can speak Russian. We were checked in quickly; there was a room mix-up, but it was resolved fast. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. The room's condition wasn't the best; we found dust on surfaces, and the magnetic strip on the shower door was cracked. However, everything generally worked, the bedding and towels were clean, and the toiletries were nice. A small kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, cream, and cups were all included.

They are thieves, they steal money by lying on booking.com

They stoled my money. The booking It was made via booking.com with advance payment when, I arrived after 1500km driving they told me to park somewhere outside on road where I will find a place. After they put on booking.com they have parking on site. At 23 o'clock, tired, I searched for o hotel and I booked a different hotel. They kept my money also after discussion with
booking.com and them. Than actually I paid two times a room in that night at 2 different hotels.

It was a comfortable, quiet, nicely appointed room. I love a place to sit down besides the bed. Clean large room and bathroom. Great breakfast buffet with lovely staff. Walking distance to several good restaurants. We had a balcony but no outside seating.
