Room was plain but clean - nothing special. TV worked great! Staff was not friendly.

Definitely recommended Room bigger than expected and very clean. Good size shower. Excellent breakfast. Working safe and fridge in room. Ideally situated next to the Dürerhaus and easy to get to airport, 40 minutes by foot and U Bahn.

Location is best you will find in Nurnberg Alt Stadt! Easy to get there; tram station within a block of the hotel. Accommodations were nice; staff very friendly. Be aware, however, that there is no air conditioning. We were there in mid-Sep 2025, weather in N-berg high 70s (F); cooled off at night but the room was a good bit warmer than planned. Would we stay again? Yes...but with cooler weather available

Excellent hotel, just on the outskirts of Nuremberg. The staff is extremely friendly and polite. Breakfast is decent, and they also have a 1* Michelin rated restaurant which was amazing! There is limited parking at the hotel, but there are other free parking options nearby.

The room isn't large, but it matches the price. The surrounding area is quiet and suitable for rest. For tourism, I recommend staying in the city center, but for longer business trips, it's quite comfortable if you have a car. It depends on your needs.

The hotel is nice. It is just along the road from the beautiful restaurant. Reception staff were welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean although I did not like the pillows. Breakfast was delicious and nicely laid out. About 15 min drive to city centre. Easy transport options. I really enjoyed staying here and would love to return.

Ocerall the property was good. I liked the breakfast area . Restaurant had a limited choices of dishes. Receptionist at the check in time wasn't profetionel. However, checkout staff was great.

Very clean and good Hotel in a good area of Nürnberg.

Location was great and room was super quaint with little toy soldiers and fun illustrations. And the heated bathroom floor was such a nice touch for winter! But best of all was the male staff who tried to call another hotel for me to check if my jacket was left there! ❤️

The hotel could not be faulted, the staff were friendly and the accommodation included everything you could need. The hotel gave us a bottle of wine on arrival and a free drink every evening. Breakfast was exceptional. We could not fault our stay at all.

Very, very enjoyable stay at a family owned hotel in the heart of the old town!

This hotel was wonderful!! We were immediately treated by a very nice man who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and felt welcomed! He definitely made the experience here a level up!!

Its a pretty good room and hotel for the price as its close to public transportation. The staffs are nice as well.

For those who come to participate in the exhibition, it is more than 20 minutes' walk from the exhibition center and 15 minutes from the subway station. The basic transportation is relatively convenient, the front desk service is also good, and it is recommended to store bags and call taxis for sightseeing

We came to Nuremberg to celebrate the New Year spontaneously. We ordered the New Year eve dinner, which was very good. Staff was firendly and willing to help. We spent 3 nights in this hotel. The only bit dissapointing thing was teh SPA area. It's really small, we could'nt find a lunger both time we went there. We was no changing rooms, so it's a bit uncomfortable.

Excellence hotel located in old town.  All comforts of home, helpful staff and great breakfast.

The hotel’s spot is awesome, just one quick U-Bahn stop from Nürnberg Hauptbahnhof and a 5 minute walk from the stop, with escalators or a lift everywhere. It is also super close to major attractions, and there’s a supermarket right across the street. The place looks just like the pictures and description they mentioned. Rooms are clean, and in great shape, with cool equipments like a washing machine...

The service overall was decent, but they only provided 1 water bottle for our room for 3 nights. There also wasn't anywhere we could find to refill our reusable bottles with filtered and cold water. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. The room was nice and spacious and allowed us to spread out our luggage to get better situated while traveling abroad.

Requires quite a bit of walking from the train station to get there, but the room is well equipped with washer and kitchen. Great place to stay!
