Definitely recommended
Room bigger than expected and very clean. Good size shower. Excellent breakfast. Working safe and fridge in room.

Ideally situated next to the Dürerhaus and easy to get to airport, 40 minutes by foot and U Bahn.

Location is best you will find in Nurnberg Alt Stadt! Easy to get there; tram station within a block of the hotel. Accommodations were nice; staff very friendly. Be aware, however, that there is no air conditioning. We were there in mid-Sep 2025, weather in N-berg high 70s (F); cooled off at night but the room was a good bit warmer than planned. Would we stay again? Yes...but with cooler weather available.

Excellent stay
I was upgraded to the suit, very nice room with comfortable temperature and space. Renovated bathroom and nice bed. Very good breakfast and nice staff!! The location is great with lots of pubs and restaurants in the area. I really recommend this hotel.

This property was amazing! We had a very nice room and the location by the castle was perfect! The hotel is next to the castle walls and about three or four blocks from the castle entrance. For breakfast they served bacon, sausage, eggs, yogurt, fruit, sweet pastries, etc. We were very satisfied. The historic restaurant about one block away served excellent traditional German food. We really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is conveniently located near the historic center. The hotel's facilities are old but comfortable. It's a good place to rest, quiet. They serve a good breakfast, included in the price.

If I could put six stars for the location, I would. Seriously, this hotel is within 5 minutes walking distance of 90% of Nuremberg's best spots. Stepping out of the front door, you can see the entrance to the castle within 30 steps.
Combined with the clean, organized, and comfortable rooms, this is the #1 Hotel in Nuremberg. I would also like to note that the staff are incredibly friendly, and were beyond accommodating to any obstacle we faced. 5+/5

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Nuremberg's historic center and was thoroughly impressed. The location couldn't have been more perfect, right in the heart of the city's rich history. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to offer helpful recommendations and assistance.
