The car park entrance was not clearly stated (I don't remember see this in the email confirmation or the trip.com page) and I have to message the hotel to ask for the exact location. The entrance to the carpark is very challenging as it is a very narrow turn towards the gantry. It was lucky that our car is relatively small in size.
Overall, we do enjoy our stay at this hotel due to the convenient location and clean room.
Hotel staff were nice and helpful. Check-in was efficient, didn't take much time to wait and process.
Room quality and setting was very good. Cleaning service was good. The welcoming free sparking water was a surprise (remember this is in Europe)
Location is perfect. 5min to central station and right at the starting point of the waking route to thee old town and all famous spots. We had a nice around the castle wall which started and ended at the hotel.
Really can't complain. Highly recommended.
