Premier Inn much better all round
Charged us TWICE and didn't want to return the money they stole from us. The receptionist tried lying to us the one payment is just an authorisation. Weird that my credit card company doesn't have the same opinion.
Also had a test fire alarm going on the one day where ALL people had to exit their rooms... How should I go out in the middle of a meeting?!? I got the late check out of a reason... WORK. Maybe announce your tests in advance to everyone.
I ordered a king size bed and got a single to start with,
The beds are very uncomfortable and better to sleep on the floor and the pillows break your neck.
The WiFi didn’t work and no reception on the phone either.
When I finally managed to get comfortable enough to sleep on my rock hard bed, the maintenance man started drilling holes in the wall outside my door at 6am!!!
When I complained he just said good morning, no it’s not a good morning anymore is it!!!
When checking out the receptionist just said yeah I can imagine it must of been hard to sleep!
Never again!!!!
Parking spaces is not good, too narrow even for my own small car. Stayed for 2 nights which i have to pay 20 Euro for each night in their own parking basement.🫣🫣🫣
AC not working in the 1st room provided and then had to change room late night
Business travel is to attend toy fairs. Stay at this one almost every year, and although the service is not the same as Asian hotels, it’s good.
Breakfast is a typical continental meal that Asians may not be too used to
The hotel is very tidy, this stay during the hotel has some leakage emergencies, fortunately have been smoothly

It’s a really cold winter in Nuremberg
Fortunately, another receptionist and a staff member from the laundry room were more helpful, but our overall experience was marred by the first receptionist's poor service.
