Breakfast was good, a lot of choices. On the other hand: The room smelled stale and was dusty. There was a lot of noise from the tram and the church. self-check-in was good, easy. Would defenitly recommend to stay here if it is for just one or maybe 2 nights, but not longer.

Large room with good facilities, coffee and tea making facilities available, bathroom very good. The handling of the unmanned hotel, i.e. sending room codes and online check-in, should be better described on the website. Several guests stood at the door, perplexed.

Free parking, dogs allowed and free of charge. Restaurant in the building. Good location near the Main. Old town 3 km away and easy to reach. Friendly staff. Unusual wiring. No reception, hook in the bathroom broken. Shower mat should be replaced. No storage space in the shower (80x80). No elevator.

It was unique not to have a front desk and a complete self check in. We saw no staff and met no staff. It was something we’ve never encountered.

They have an outdoor parking lot and an underground garage. To get to the hotel, you have to drive through a barrier to access the outdoor parking lot. If you do that, an additional €13 will be charged. A rip-off for an outdoor parking space!

The room was clean, quite, and comfortable. The restaurant staff were very kind and helpful, and made arrangements to ensure that my dinner is gluten-free.

The room is clean, quiet and also beautifully organised. The restaurant on the first floor offers breakfast in the morning, good food for dinner at the evening and also various drinks at night. There is no store nearby so you can get some snacks and beverage in the restaurant. The crew in the restaurant can also send drinks and food to your room.

The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, so we had to drive for a few minutes to get there. The room had a modern and stylish vibe, and it was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. There’s a nice sauna and an underground swimming pool, which are open until 10 p.m. The breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, though it didn’t offer anything particularly special. There were no tea bags in the room and when we asked the hotel to provide they wanted to charge us for this. Providing tea and coffee in the rooms is basic for every hotel and it was quite shocking that the hotel did not want to provide tea bags. They must realise that everyone doesn’t drink coffee and some people would like to have tea in their rooms.

Very expensive normal hotel. Room was a little dirty. Breakfast is not included and very expensive.

This is the best hotel in Germany for a two-week trip. I want to come back because of the best mattresses compared to all other hotels, luxurious interior, outdoor interiors, and very friendly staff. Close to the main street and riverside, it's also the best location.

Great location a little loud at night but not bad. We stayed in the NEW tower it was very nice. Only issue and it was bad for such a new tower where the beds. I woke up in a bread basket of a mattress. Firm but you sink into a hole. But once again room was awesome. Staff was very nice also. Good location by the town.

Great downtown location close to the #4 & #5 street car lines. Classy hotel with a well-stocked breakfast buffet including bacon. I particularly appreciate the large bathroom space of my room with its large, modern shower. Restaurant on site has a Micheline Star and other awards.

Rooms are tight, but very nice. Good value. Bathroom was spotless and looked to be very new. Would have liked a hot water pot, but other than that, no issues. Was quiet....no outdoor noise.

The hotel is in a good location, the staff friendly, and the rooms clean and cozy. 4 stars because they don't offer discount for parking. Though, if one plans carefully, street parking is free after 1900.

We were in Würzburg over Easter 🐣, and the hotel was very centrally located. Our family room was spacious. Dog-friendly. A modern parking garage was just around the corner. Friendly staff and a varied breakfast, although we missed gluten-free pastries. Highly recommended.

The only real small issues were the thin pillow, tiny shower and curtain that didnt quite reach the floor. And they use keys and everyone had trouble figuring out which way to turn them and it made alot of noise.

Small, quaint hotel in the heart of the charming town of Wurzburg. Staff are friendly (and thankfully fluent in English), the rooms are neat and clean, and the beds are comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. Good value, and close to restaurants and the town centre.

We were very pleased with this hotel. The location was good and convenient for walking to many things in the town. The property does not open until 5 pm so I had to wait 3 hrs sitting on the floor outside. I was hoping to leave my bags and go, but so such luck. The man who checked me in was very nice and helpful. The bus stop is just outside and will take you to the train station or city centre. The room was big but very hot inside. It was a great budget option.

Rooms were simple, old, small, but clean. Perfect for one night while traveling. However, I would not recommend this hotel on a hot summer day, as the rooms become a sauna and don't have air-conditioning. I recommend going to Erks Stube for food (10 minute drive). A nice restaurant if you fancy a bit more quality than the McDonald's and Dominos around.

It is ok if you plan to use it for a night or two... The room I got was clean and smelling fresh. We were in two and the shower cabin has a transparent door and the entrance is right from the room. So yeah, you get the point.

The hotel rooms have everything you need. However, there's no lift available and the check in is a bit odd. You will have to remember a 6 digit code for your door, as there are no keys or key cards. Also, the place is quite far from everything and there are hardly any taxis coming by. Apart from that, it's a great, quiet place to stay.

So glad our original plan did not work out and this hotel was booked. The service is outstanding from the moment you walk in the door. The owners are thoughtful and want your visit to be amazing. I saw an award for best breakfast on the wall from a previous year, and I believe it still stands. The variety was wonderful. Status as on 29/11/2023. I stayed in this hotel for a week. It’s a basic hotel with all necessary amenities. Very clean and spotless. Easy location. Rooms are small and sufficient. Tasty breakfast. I like the old underground basement winery converted to dining area. Owner Chris is a nice man and always accessible for any assistance.

The location of the hotel is easy to find, and the hostess is very talkative and friendly. The restaurant transformed from the air raid shelter is very unique. The room is very clean, the floor is high, and the view outside the window is beautiful. The floor is a bit old so there is some noise when walking. Because the hotel is located between two roads, there is a bit of car noise at night.

Super friendly service in this hotel run by mother and son. Rooms nice, most of the interior newly renovated. Well assorted breakfast. Location at main road not so charming but it’s easy to walk downtown- 5 min.

Hotel rooms pretty basic - but also at a very basic rate. Fresh breakfast dished up every morning and the place is spotless. But what makes the place by far, is the people that run it. Totally recommend.

Pretty typical for a Marriott hotel. Nice rooms with reasonably helpful staff (not nearly as helpful as many smaller hotels I've stayed at). Clearly geared toward business travelers. Nothing is free. The staff clearly tries very hard to just stay out of your way and not be noticed.

Maybe it was my mistake to book through booking.com but there's been a few things i definitely didn't like: - I requested a travel cot for my little daughter which didn't get provided (although written on booking.com that it would be) - the door to the room is so heavy it's hard to get your luggage and/or a buggy through the door - there's no way to air out the room or change the temperature - Parking...

I stayed for a week and can’t say I have any major complaints. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the train station and 5 to various tram and bus services. Didn’t eat at the hotel, so I can only say there's a Lidl right next to it with cheap prices. The room was overall clean and spacious, but way too dark in the evenings even with all the lights on. The Dorint Wurzburg is located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from both the railway station and the centre of town. The room met my needs, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and the decor modern. Of particular note was the excellent and extensive breakfast.

The hotel's front desk service was excellent. However, there's construction nearby which made driving a bit difficult for us. Also, the hotel parking is on B2, and it was a bit challenging to maneuver and turn into the spots, especially for slightly larger cars. The room itself was very spacious and clean.

A modern, comfortable, and spotless hotel conveniently located just outside the city. The rooms are quite spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful and meets 4-star standards. Although it was just a quick one-night stay, I had a very positive impression.

Everything is good. The location is convenient - around 10 minutes to the central station. The rooms were clean, but the shower wasn't convenient - without the door. The Double bed isn't enough but for family with a child, I recommend a separate bed for the child.

Clean and modern - Nothing you could fault, but nothing inspiring to love ( I didnt get to use the rooftop bar, which does look special). 5 minutes walk to the start of the nicest bits of the city, 10 minutes from the station. All very good except the reading lamp at the head of the bed where people want to lean against the wall to read. The lamp is mounted right in the centre, so you bang your head against it. This is very uncomfortable

This is a more traditional European hotel. Rooms were small but quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is older, but very well-kept. Rooms were always kept clean and neat, the bed was comfortable, and the room came with a couple of fans to help with the warmth (very important on the top floor!). Also, the hotel is a two minute walk from Würzburg's downtown; close enough to be easily accessible, but far enough away not to be bothered by the night life. Would definitely recommend!

Very good hotel in an excellent location. It’s clean, quiet, and the check-in process is extremely easy. The room was lovely and well equipped, with a kettle, a coffee maker, and complimentary mineral water. I would like to thank Joyce and Katharina for their invaluable assistance. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Service was fine, location was fine. Rooms were spacious but right outside the room there was a bar that was open in the evening and it was very disturbing with small children, breakfast was very embarrassing, it is not recommended to have breakfast there - breakfast score 0.

The room has no air conditioning, other things are ok

Very convenient location but it was also very loud all night. The building smelled, as did the bathroom, but we had plenty of space to house our family for the night. We enjoyed the terrace with a lovely view. The breakfast we paid for left a lot to be desired, as the apples were rotten and there wasn't much to go around.

Hotel is ok. Just because no front desk, you’ll have to call hot line for all questions and needs. And the door code at the front door sometimes not working. So I was hesitate to go out in the morning and evening.

Excellent hotel. Exactly as described. Great location, room was great, breakfast was great, and the offsite parking was the best we had at any hotel in our 3 week stay across Germany. Front desk girl, Vanessa, was OUTSTANDING. You do hear A LOT of street noise (our room was in the back, by an alley)

Nice hotel with a little extra touch like overnight free shoe polish and self freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast. Good quality breakfast and nice traditional decorated rooms and hotel areas.

I booked a single room and it was nicely appointed with a comfortable bed. I also appreciated the welcome glass of wine! The front desk staff were nice. The location was good, about a ten minute walk from the train station or to the historic center of town.

We had a great room with a view of the river. The hotel is centrally located and clean. The people working reception were always helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

The room has spacious bath room, and equipped with the air conditioning. Magnificent view of the old bridge,Marienberg fortress and the Main river.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights while on our honeymoon! It was perfection! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is premium by the river, amazing restaurants & cafes and a very easy walk to the Marketplatz! Easy quick taxi ride from the train station. Definitely recommend!

It's not easy to find, and then get parking across the street, but the hotel is great. It's comfortable and clean and has all the necessities. The view was spectacular of the river. There are plenty of places to walk to to see.

I stayed in the apartment "Goldberg". It's a a very spacious and clean apartment, warm and cosy in winter. However being right on the Haupstraße (main walking street in the old town of Heidelberg) it was quite noisy. That's to be expected of course - earplugs were provided during our stay.

Amazing hospitality! Highly recommend staying at this property, you will not be disappointed.

Stayed one night. Location is good. In between town centre and train station. A little far from station but can do. Room a little small and run down for my liking but for one night and small price it’s good. Needed to book breakfast separately after booking. Breakfast seems to be small but plenty to eat and lots of fruits and the lady kept on filling up. Staff were nice.

Actually acceptable for the price I paid, but very old and cheap decoration. Tight room. Some non-functional stuff. But all in all mostly clean. Breakfast was nothing special, but ok.

On arrival we were unsure how we could enter the parking garage, but we had to chose the underground parking garage which could just be entered by pressing a button to receive your ticket. Here we felt at home, the staff were all friendly, the rooms clean and welcoming and the breakfast was mouth-watering, we are already looking forward to be back soon : )

From the station, it's just a one-stop bus or tram ride. The hotel is located in a quiet area and is conveniently close to the Alte Mainbrücke (Old Main Bridge), so I highly recommend it!
