Great view - rooms a bit worn - good breakfast - very good check-in - we have stayed here many times - unfortunately, the delicious wine that used to be available is no longer there.

Had a super experience.

The parking garage is below the hotel. Tight spaces, so be prepared.

We checked in with the digital assistant. This worked great, very easy (don't let the negative reviews foil you, if you're used to using a smart device, this should be a breeze). Next to the digital check in there was a friendly staff member asking us if we needed help or had questions.

We asked for a quiet room and they delivered - not a sound heard at night from other rooms (and hopefully vice verca).

There was someone from the staff super helpful with warming up baby food, thanks!

Note: the rooms don't have a kettle or a microwave. Note that the hot water from the tap is +-40°C, for the people using baby formula ;)

Overall I must say that I am very disappointed from this hotel. No personality, no satisfaction service, unflexibel when asking for favors.

Their sustainability concept creates a distance to their guests. It feels like their are just want to save money. Maybe that’s why the AC did not work ?

BUT big shoutout to the kitchen and breakfast/lunch service staff. Great food !!

Do not expect anything from staff at this place. You have to do everything on your own. Struggling with their ridiculous check-in system after whole day of travels while the idle receptionist is scrolling on insta is a first impression unlike any other. Not even a kettle in the room, air con not responding to any guest input. Second star for a decent breakfast. Overall: never again.

Everything is good.

The location is convenient - around 10 minutes to the central station.

The rooms were clean, but the shower wasn't convenient - without the door.

The Double bed isn't enough but for family with a child, I recommend a separate bed for the child.

Clean and modern - Nothing you could fault, but nothing inspiring to love ( I didnt get to use the rooftop bar, which does look special).
5 minutes walk to the start of the nicest bits of the city, 10 minutes from the station.
The staff were very friendly, so the 4* rating on service is for the self-check-in which is painful using a German formatted keyboard on the screen.
I'll go again if the price is still attractive.

Stayed here on a couple holiday with my fiance and enjoyed it very much.
The location is great, offering access to the mainstation and public transport within walking distance.

The rooms are beautiful and very clean. If you have a room on the upper floors you will also benefit from an amazing view over the city from here.
The staff was always super friendly and courteous to us.

Once corona is over we will certainly come back.

Really nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable with a simple but modern design. The water in the shower was nice and warm and body gel/shampoo was provided. Internet worked perfectly. Breakfast was tasty and had a good selection.
