We totally enjoyed our stay in your really cool hotel. Our room was very comfortable, well appointed, had a great balcony and an excellent view. Front desk personnel were exceptionally nice and professional. Shout out to Stephanie, who took the time to show us to our room. She was very helpful, explaining some of the sites to see in the surrounding area.

We booked a dinner that was exceptionally good. The server was very knowledgeable about the wine from the region.

super service and great view, but road can be narrow from large vehicles and absolutely no longer bus can enter.

Pros ✅
• excellent location
• quiet
• car park on site
• swimming pool/ sauna
• spacious room with incredible city views at daytime and nighttime (depending on the room)
• suitable for people with disabilities
• naturally friendly staff (from the front office to the catering and housekeeping)… friendly but not cheesy! Excellent 👍🏻
• wide choice of food and drinks with a stylish atmosphere or when the weather is good with a terrace with views
• breakfast is WOW!
Cons 🚫
• getting to town can be difficult to some (taxi is pricey, walking can be challenging - the hill is really steep, especially on the way back). This issue is not really a negative issue, only mentioned something what is better to consider when booking!

Very good restaurant! Worthwhile to try, Michelin style! The only thing unexpected is that this 4 stars hotel doesn’t offer body lotion!from hotel restaurant terrace, you have wonderful views of Würzburg city!

I asked the hotel how to remove the plug from the bathtub, but they couldn't help me.
They came to check it out, but they didn't finish it.
What a shame.
The location is great.
The view was great, and the food was delicious.

What an absolutely beautiful hotel! We loved this place and wished we had more than a one night stay booked. It’s beautifully done and sits over Würzburg where you can see the entire city. The breakfast was just what we needed before heading on to our next adventure and was amazing!

Very charming and perfectly located Hotel build on an old castle in Würzburg.
The rooms are quit luxury and the food is delicious. Especialy the wine range is (which makes this city of Germany so famous for) great. The Hotel view is priceless, with a view over Würzburg and the illuminated Castle and city (evening) just on the other side of the river makes a stay all in all very confortable.
