Everything you need is in the room( even a portable make up mirror you can use with your preferred lighting 😉). The staff were very helpful. I even left my suitcase at the reception while I visited the city. And it’s literally 4min walk from the central station. I would definitely recommend!!

We've stayed at this hotel several times, and it's always been great. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. Service is very good. The hotel is close to the train station and the city.

We had selected a single king-size bed through booking, but they gave us two beds touching each other. When I asked, they said all the king-size beds at the hotel are single beds pushed together to form a big bed.

Not a good hotel and no idea how they rate 4.1 star reviews on here. There are literally no conveniences in the room. No coffee, no kettle, no fridge, tiny desk with uncomfortable wooden chair. No phone even, so you have to go down to the reception if you want to ask anything. The Wi-Fi is absurdly slow. The air conditioning is weak and shuts off at night. The fitness room does not exist and they charge extra for a sauna in the basement. I had the worst sleep quality of my trip here thanks to the barely functioning AC. Can't comment on the breakfast, I didn't try it as I refused to spend any more money at this hotel. Fortunately the location is decent next to the train station with ample grocery and food choices more deserving of your money. So in short they get away with providing the absolute bare minimum which makes for an unpleasant stay.

I went ahead and canceled my future reservation at the Niu holiday Inn by the airport as well after this sad experience.

A new Holiday Inn hotel, perfect for young people. Located close to Potsdam Train Station, the hotel offers underground parking for 15 euros overnight. The rooms are quiet, clean, and compact. Highly recommended!

It’s definitely a purpose driven hotel. The rooms are small but have all the amenities you’d expect for 80€ a night.

Overall the hotel was fine for business trips. Location is close to public transport and some good restaurants. Parking was fine too, since the hotel has a parking garage around the back.

The only MAJOR drawback was the disgusting smell of drainage in the entire hotel. We had to air the room regularly to get the smell out. The lobby smelled like drainage and pretty much every other public part of the hotel smelled like that.
