A very charming hotel and a breath of fresh air after the last hotel I stayed in in the area, The Seminaris Avendi.
Don’t get me wrong, the Seminaris it’s also a decent hotel with a lovely, hot chocolate that I would absolutely recommend, and a nice waterfront plus convenience, as it is right across the street from the train station.
If you’re in the mood for some more cardio, this hotel is definitely for you as it is not exactly close to any station in the area. (Griebnitzsee, Babelsberg or Medienstadt Babelsberg)
of course, that is out of the hotels control.
I personally recommend renting a bike at Griebnitzsee station.
This hotel unlike Seminaris, very charming and features lots of outdoor seating.
The rooms are very charming too, with each one being different.
Overall, this hotel offers a more charming and Family run experience.
Would come again.

Lovely hotel in an old building with beautiful interior. Free parking and only 15 minutes walk to tram Station to get to Potsdam.

I was here for Animemesse. The rooms are clean and tidy, tasty breakfast, great position for the Filmpark. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They even let us leave our luggage at the reception to go to the convention. 100% will be back next time!

It was clean, but very warm inside, and no refrigerator inside the room, the only shred small refrigerator was located at last flat 4, and if you want to dribk a cool water from fridge, you must go 4 flat up, without elevator,
Also kitchen equipment was limited and no place to seat.

Paid €54 to stay one night here. Bathrooms are very nice. Staff was nice. Rooms a little outdated but it's okay for us. Tvs in room and sinks in room are very convenient. No internet but our phones have service with data. Sight seeing things are very close, within 15 minutes.

The Hotel is really very nice. An old Villa, with the same rooms. Very elegant, but also modern. Wi-Fi there are, however, you do not need to log in 30min, which is bad. Clean everything is. Breakfast is Spartan, however, and there are many places are not available, whereby groups have to go very early to eat.

The hotel is beautiful, but no air conditioning in the room, maybe it's a room. Can dogs +10 euros to your account.

The Hotel has small but clean and acceptable rooms with a spacious bathroom. Only the unpleasant synthetic improvement bedding is worthy of. A television is available, however, the transmitter will not be received in HD and all the usual channels are not available. Wi-Fi is, in principle, available, worked, however, only one of the two evenings. The Breakfast is for the really low price is more than generous, and also, in a room with a pleasant atmosphere. All in all we had a pleasant stay at a reasonable price. Major points of criticism, there is not, only the Wi-Fi and bed linen are upgradeable, but not overly distracting. Clear recommendation for all who are planning a short stay in Babelsberg.

Charming quite place tucked away in a residential locality. No lift, no pets allowed, not easy to access. Interiors are lovely. Bus 616 goes to the Plantagenstr. tram stop, and from there Hbf can be reached.

A wonderful, cozy place to stay. Will most definately come back! A nice little garden, then a liberty style villa, nice people, simple but affordable breakfast in garden room, working WiFi (downstairs), a bit short in off-road parking.
