Lovely hotel staff are great very attentive to what ever you need. The rooms do not have Ac so request a fan of warm weather. Wi-Fi Is average 0.7kbps so if you plan on working or streaming it’s pretty hard work. Other than this great place to stay.

To summarise this is ok for business travel when budgets are tight. Room was a little dated but reasonable (and warm). Decent water pressure for the shower and basic amenities are provided. Bed was comfortable and little to no noise on an evening. Rooms are scattered in blocks around the main building. Lift available. Security, rooms are key card access but main doors accessible by all so be mindful of anyone who may follow. Reception accommodating with my very limited German in fact all staff encountered during my staff were helpful. If you’re nice and show interest they will do a little more to help. For example as a group in the restaurant we were provided the initial English translated menu. When seeing a local group with a meal it peaked our interest therefore upon enquiring we were able to order dishes that are otherwise not on the ‘main’ menu. The food was ok. Evening meals slightly more expensive than venturing out but that is due to the location. Breakfast included hot and cold options and make your own fresh orange juice. You are offered a complimentary liquor after your meal but not obliged to drink - especially if you’re sober. Limited free parking available - first come first served. Location: approximately 25/30 minutes into Frankfurt airport.

This is one of the best properties I have stayed at.
Excellent breakfast, wonderful dinner ( large quality portions )and very good wine.
Wait staff attentive etc.
One the edge of a smaller town and walkable into town and also a wonderful country side.

Great value - and I am a cynical traveler:)

If you have a trip to Babenhausen, Hotel Residenz is the best hotel in town.

BIG DISAPPOINTMEMT!!
It was a BIG disappointment!!! This is far from being a 4 star hotel with 9 rating. No elevator, no aircondition, no TV. no saop and shampoo. Curtains do not prevent light early morning. No room service. Should I continue??

Staff was nice but quality not meet the price leve
Hotel gave me a room which is not cleaned at all, after complaints the reception changed another room but the key card cannot work so I need to run to front desk and ask for a new card. The bed cover is too old due to many laundry 🙁
