The price was great on the day I checked in. It felt very much like a five-star hotel back home in every aspect, and it's also very close to the Main River.

Check-in/out was quick except that hotel expect an upfront payment of €40 should you require early checkin, and checkin time was rather late at 4 pm which is much later than most other hotels! Wonder why??
Quiet surroundings and walkable from the railway station and to downtown.
Breakfast was more than adequate.

If i can give i would give zero points for hospitality, rude front desk. No telephones in the rooms, first time i see something like this in a hotel. For 30 mins there was an announce made in the room through speakers, we could not sleep. Horrible hotel

This is a truly fantastic hotel. The location is very central, close to attractions like Römerberg square and the train station. It's also conveniently located by the Rhine River, a pleasant ten-minute walk away.

The service at the hotel was unexpectedly good. Both the ladies and gentlemen at the front desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We arrived in Frankfurt early that morning, and they allowed us to check in at 8 AM, which was wonderful. Even better, they let us check out as late as 2 PM the next day – truly exceptional flexibility and customer care!

The room had been recently renovated, was very bright, and spacious enough. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful design of the closet, which included a full-length mirror, an ironing board, and an iron. This is perfect for business travelers. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Frankfurt.

Wow, the location of this hotel is absolutely superb! Major attractions are right on its doorstep, making it incredibly convenient. What's more, their service is exceptionally attentive, making guests feel wonderfully welcome. The rooms are also very well-equipped with amenities like a TV, air conditioning, and even a washing machine, ensuring a truly comfortable stay!

Fanatic hotel and great staff. The hotel is very clean and in nice area and less than 10 min walk from main train station. River bank is 2 min walk and you can stroll all the way to old town from the river bank which I find it much better than following Google map. The room is clean and functional. The layout of the bathroom is not ideal and for big person will be an issue in my opinion. Just be careful in not placing Apple Watch charger in the iron night table as the magnet in the charger will cause short circuit and damage the charger as it happened to me.
