Delta Hotels by Marriott Frankfurt Offenbach in Offenbach

I stayed at the Delta Marriott for a full week, and as a full-time international traveler, I found a lot to appreciate. The front desk team—Christopher, Mazin, Nadia, and Katarina—were outstanding. Each of them went out of their way to help, and their professionalism and warmth made a real difference. They truly elevated my stay.

The hotel’s location is excellent, right on the Main River with beautiful walking paths that lead straight into downtown Frankfurt and the CBD. River-facing rooms offer fantastic views, and the property itself is very quiet. The soundproofing in the rooms is phenomenal—great for sleep. Water pressure in the shower is terrific as well.

The restaurant and breakfast buffet were very good, with high-quality food that reflects solid German cuisine. Everything was consistently well-prepared and enjoyable.

A couple of small things could make the stay even better: my Wi-Fi connection didn’t reach the lobby, restaurant, or gym; the treadmill software and virtual programs are from 2013 and could use an update; and I got euros from an ATM, which is not nearby, but the property couldn’t break the larger bills, which made tipping difficult.

Despite these minor issues, I would not hesitate to stay here again, and I highly recommend the property. The staff, the location, the quiet rooms, and the overall experience made it an excellent choice.

We recently stayed here for a week and enjoyed our stay.

The front desk staff is helpful, kind, and professional. We arrived at the hotel at 11am and they immediately accommodated us for an early check-in. We had a lovely, spacious room. The view was great! The cleaning staff did a great job keeping the room clean. The rooms are built well. You can’t hear any noise from the hallways and different floors.

The train station is a ten minute walk. There are a couple of places to eat close by. Both are open later and serve decent food. There is a corner gas station which is a five minute walk. They have snacks and drinks. The adult kind too.

I would like to share the toilet paper and Kleenex is quite rough and hard. It has no softness to them, which was somewhat uncomfortable to use. It was disappointing to see a nice hotel, using a poorer quality product.

Overall, we enjoyed staying here. The only challenge is the location is in the business center, so there is not too much to do. However, we chose this hotel for the spacious rooms and cleanliness and hospitality. We would stay here again.

Amazing customer service from Nadia who assisted my friend and I. Having traveled over 18 hours, we were exhausted and were hoping for an early check in. She was able to get us a room 5 hours before check in time. Such a lovely lady, very attentive and accommodating. Hotel was lovely and clean. Would give 10 stars if possible. Thanks again Nadia!!

I felt everything exceeded my expectations, and I was extremely satisfied with this hotel.

It's not far from the subway station, the room is large, quiet, and very clean.

The front desk service was excellent, and I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Frankfurt!

Delta Hotels by Marriott Frankfurt may not have the best location, but it has the best value propositions.

It's situated in Offenbach, only less than 20mins away from downtown Frankfurt, so you have the access to all the key spots while you get to enjoy the tranquility off the downtown.

Like the staffs here, very friendly, even though the hotel is under renovations, they did their best to not disturb the customers.

No much talk, I'll say to you, this is a great hotel. Spacious rooms and excellent service. Plus, a fine dining restaurant with delicious meals and menu

Very much upset on this hotel policies when it comes to staying with international customers.

Hotel per day price is higher than other hotels and check-in time is @ 15:00 .

When myself landed at Frankfurt in the morning and arrived hotel at around 10:00 and requested the reception to allow early stay rather than 15:00 , because my journey was over night and myself been tired .
But the hotel didn’t understand and straight way refused 🥵.

This is so disgusting when been booked for 3- nights then they treat us like this is something not good .

Would suggest hotel management to understand for international travelled customers to understand and serve accordingly 🙏.
