Everything was as expected and the decor was very nice. The staff was very friendly.
The only improovement could be softer pillows (they had a pillow menu, and we asked for a neck pillow - it was gigantic - not made for women.) The duvet was amazing and I used a corner for a pillow.
I should have contacted the reception for another pillow.

Outside it has the look of a palace. Inside it’s quirky and modern. Very comfy. Loved it.

Excellent Boutique hotel, converted from an 19th century factory. Rooms are lovely, reception very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great. Recommended.

We were on the occasion of the 50. Birth day of my husband for dinner there, and were thrilled. Already the reception prior to the Opening of the restaurant in the garden was very friendly and professional. There are 3 different menus to choose from, you can also set individual gears. The dishes were all exquisite, and tasted fantastic. The selected wines were exceptionally good. The Service is attentive and professional, not a bit stiff. The establishment of the former factory building is very tasteful, and especially, the tables were festively decorated and modern. It was all around a very special evening that also has its price, he, however, seems appropriate. We were very satisfied and come again. Many thanks to the entire Team!!!!

Recently with a good friend for dinner in the Restaurant - it should be a special night and it exceeded our expectations, wonderful food, expert Service, all of the recommendation of the Services were perfect for the menu. On the recommendation of a friend I got to see the Heyligenstaedt with my wife visited to what it has to offer, pour.
The food was perfect, the lettuce was sandy, the fillet a little too pale, but overall, everything tasted very good. The wine recommendation for a glass from the serving was OK but nothing special. The Service was also perfect, the young ladies had brought a bit of the impression that it was student helpers, although they were very helpful and friendly.
It sounds all very negative, but due to the fact that you would get such a menu in one of Frankfurt's Top Restaurant for the same price and you expected something more rural pour, either for more money or smaller prices. Apart from this comparison, the angle of view it was a very nice evening in a beautiful atmosphere with very nice service and very good food, unfortunately, was not ideal. I can recommend it and do not think that the relatively small slip-up are commonplace.

A Local in an old factory hall, which is very nicely arranged and definitely worth a visit. We were there for lunch and have really eaten well for a reasonable price. The Service is attentive and friendly

Were there to a Meeting. Decor was very nice and well maintained. Service has unfortunately to be desired left. Lunch came late, and for me it was an inedible combination - chicken with Sauerkraut. Dessert was in the training room because otherwise it would become too late. In the men's toilets, there were no towels.
In spite of everything, it is a beautiful Hotel, the Team must work on your Timing and attention.
