Nice hotel within a few minute's of Bacharach, and Obebwisel with free easy parking.

Lovingly run family business, excellent cuisine, very friendly and competent service, sleeping under a starry sky ... Perfectly implemented gift voucher from mydays😍Great, impressive area! What more could you want for happiness, we'll be back!

We recently embarked on a Germany adventure, and this was our favourite stop in our entire journey. The service was absolutely fantastic with a local family running the business. They greeted us with smiles and spoke excellent English. The location is only 5 minutes from Bacharach but even after visiting Bacharach (which is a must do), we would still make sure to stay at the Zum Kronprinzen for its location, service and the incredible view from the room. We were invited to make a reservation at their restaurant the evening of check in, and thank goodness we did, because it was also one our favourite meals. We had a jaw dropping view on the patio and service that went above and beyond. I have a gluten intolerance and they were quick to make gluten friendly accommodations. The meal was top quality and the wines to pair with it were extraordinary. The breakfast buffet was nothing short of amazing, with cheeses, meats, yoghurt, fresh fruit and fruit juices and so much more.
I normally do not write reviews, but we were so pleasantly surprised with this golden find that I wanted to share with others. Thank you for everything Hotel Zum Kronprinzen! Hope to see you sometime soon!

We got the wierdest e-mail when we left. So because of that only 1 star.
We had to drive home 8 hours so wanted to leave early. We where checked out.. So we did not leave without a word....
Also we should have breakfast included yet you charged us.
Then I asked proof. If the dog did pee (What he has never done before) I am willing to pay the cleaning cost. Accidents happen.
But you where not descent in your mail towards us. And didn't reply at after I asked for it.. You should be descent towards your customers.
So I still ask you to send proof, the bill that you have not send. And give us back the money for the breakfast. Shame you did not just mail me but talk to me only in the reviews.
