Been staying here every chance we get coming to mainz . Great location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are always very clean . Thank you to all concerned helping me enjoy my stay in this lovely hotel.

We stayed at three different Hyatt hotels during our trip in Mainz and Frankfurt, and while all of them were very good, the best one of our journey was Brunfels. The service was excellent — the receptionist was always helpful and greeted us warmly each time. Our room came with a balcony, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The hotel was very clean, the parking was convenient, and the bed and bedding were excellent. However, the towels were a bit yellow and stiff, and were not as good as the condition of everything else.

I was satisfied with everything else.

Cleanliness: The room was very clean.
Environment: The hotel has a great location and the surrounding environment is nice. The hotel breakfast is excellent.
Service: The service was also very good.
Facilities: The only downside was the hairdryer; it was so bad it almost fell apart after a while.
