The Hotel Siegfriedbrunnen seems to be the main hotel in the beautiful German village of Grasellenbach. It is a lovely, comfortable hotel, with excellent facilities including a fine restaurant (for indoor and outdoor dining) and a swimming pool. All of the staff, especially the lady who was the main waitress at breakfast, were wonderful. We will return as soon as we can!!

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Gym was good with several machines, not big thou. No water to drink inside the room, but here we can drink from the tap, I think. Weekend retreat!! This is a wonderful, family run hotel. Bed and Breakfast with free car parking. There's a slight incline from the CP to the hotel, so be warned if you are frail. The bedroom we had, included a balcony which over looked the hills behind. There are no coffee/ tea making facilities. But we expected that, as we always bring our own. Bathroom is very clean. We were here mid-week for coffee and cake. We had been here before and I felt that their selection of cakes was less than several years ago. The quality of their cakes is good and I would have enjoyed it more if the service had been little friendlier. There was only one other couple in the cafe at the time we entered.

Very helpful staff, when they are available. The staff are gone in the evening, as the hotel has no dinner available. The trouble is that the other 2 dining places in this town were fully occupied, so we had to get in a car and go neighbouring towns to get some food... The hotel has a good cakes selection. WiFi is not great, but usable. The rooms could use some renovation.

Freindly, outstanding cafe, lovely breakfast. The rooms are a bit 70s, (I actually liked that) but lacked for nothing, and to be honest, as a walker mine was perfect and actually very atmospheric. Nice place. And the bread rolls - heaven!

Nice place in the middle of a beautiful landscape

The Location view and hotel itself are nice, but the service and the breakfast are not worth what we pay for.

We felt very comfortable. The thermal baths are about a 10-minute walk away. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. We will definitely come back again.

Haus Irene is a super cute family-owned hotel. It is in a very nice location, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is small but nice and there are nice lounge areas inside and in the garden. Thanks to the extremely nice staff, it almost feels like you're visiting friends. Highly Recommended.

A well-maintained hotel with a 1970s charm. The bathroom was very small. Breakfast was okay, with a good selection. However, the bread rolls on a Sunday were awful. Despite the owner's promise, the heating wasn't turned on. As a result, the room was very cold. 😞

There's absolutely nothing to complain about here. The room is a good size, the bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom has a bathtub. Breakfast was excellent. Freshly prepared omelets made to order. A very good selection and delicious salads from the buffet. The very friendly and helpful staff also deserve special mention.

Repetition in the very positive atmosphere. How long have we been coming to the Bacchus Hotel in Bensheim? More than 15 years? Perfect service, quality and contact with staff. Very special how things work here. We feel very comfortable here, even though the hotel is a business-oriented place. The individual does not suffer from this at all. The rooms, parking and (super!) breakfast are fantastic.

Did not like that breakfast was an additional 20€ charge per person. Could not even get a free coffee. However, we enjoyed our stay, staff was excellent and we would stay here again.

It’s one of those hotels that stagnated since there’s little to no competition. I’ve been here several times for business reasons and I liked better the restaurant than the accommodation Rooms are basic and dated in terms of furniture, decor, etc. The restaurant has a bar and a terrace which are convenient if you’re traveling with somebody. Very nice place to stay. I’ve tried several other places in Bensheim but I can say truly that their quality is really good and I cannot think of a better restaurant here in this small town; there is a good variety of classic and elevated dishes available as well as drinks. The service is excellent above all else.

Great family run hotel with a great staff, smiley faces, the rooms are of a high standard, the beds comfortable, the shower great and the restaurant offers some excellent food. We loved the rösti with mushrooms, our friend who dined with us is gluten intolerant and was catered for with no fuss whatsoever. Gardens are lovely and they allowed us to lock our eBikes in the shed which was great!

The rooms are spacious and mine had a balcony looking out over the Neckar, perfect place to relax after a busy day. Dinner in the onsite restaurant was delicious and a wide choice at breakfast. A family-run hotel, full of character and charm. Really appreciated the balcony overlooking the Neckar river and the ability to chat to my friend in the room next door. The owners were ready to offer advice about public transport into the centre of Heidelberg, as well as local events. The restaurant offered a good quality breakfast and evening meal. This was a nice quiet place to stay away from the busy town, but still within a short walk from the Schloss Heidelberg. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was modern and very well designed. It was clean and the staff were exemplary. We had secure parking too which was a bonus. Just down the road thrrr was a convenient tram stop which took us into Heidelburgh. In the evening we were directed to a wonderful Italian restaurant where we had a fantastic meal. Light bulbs were missing - in the hallway and in the room and bathroom. Had to use my handy light to see and unlock the door. The dinner I had was really good though. The room seemed clean but the bathroom could use some work.

Nice place for a hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Unluckily no parking places reserved for the hotel. No breakfasts and no People on the reception in the morning without any message of warning. Bed broke down when sitting on it, was clearly damaged previously and not properly repaired.

Excellent hotel. Used the automated kiosk for late arrival and it worked fine. Had the top level room for 3 with separate sleeping rooms. It was air conditioned, very cute, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was wonderful including some American touches including scrambled eggs and bacon for a nice touch of home.
