Numa Frankfurt Oben in Frankfurt am Main

I am or I should say I was very good fan of Numa brand and it hotels I have stayed few times the last one was in Lisbon and until then it was great. I am traveling for more then 2 decade for business to various cities. I am in Germany for 2 weeks on business I was in Frankfurt the min I see Luma I book it. I made specific request which is usual quiet room far from noise because I am light sleeper and made the same request here too. Unfortunately, this was the most unpleasant experience I had ever. First the did not send the email for online check in after holding for 19 min on 2 internation call they send it but sadly while digital check in they were not able to send sms verification to my Dubai number. Luckly I had my UK number functional check in. to my surprise they had given me room 1st floor facing the railway line just 50 meter away……..called requested but they did not change the room moreover the bed was kind of broken making sound when you turn bathroom shower area glass and floor very dirty. TV was not working what a nightmare. Thanks God in the morning I check out and strongly don’t recommend this hotel at all specially for the price they are charging.

The apartment was fairly newly refurbished, however, the communication with the virtual assistant was tiresome, frustrating and ineffective. On arrival there was:- 1. Water dripping from the ceiling 2. The bathroom floor was flooded 3. No toilet paper 4. Lights in the bathroom not working 5. Socket in the bathroom not working 6. The cleaning was superficial, with forks in the drawer next to the bed 7. Furniture had been cleaned around and not been moved. Despite continuous communication with the virtual assistant and a person, and constant promises that the issues would be resolved, there was NO change. My stay was 3 days. Sadly, that is my last time I will stay in Numa Apartments
