Everything is good except no water provided in room.
A very special thank you to the outstanding manager, Christina, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and seamless. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care truly made a difference and set the tone for the entire experience.
We would also like to recognize the wonderful team members Tatiana, Sam, and Emmanuel. Each of them was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive at all times. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their positive attitude made us feel truly welcomed and valued as guests.
It’s rare to find a team so dedicated to delivering such a high standard of service. Thanks to them, our stay was not only comfortable but memorable.
We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!
Staffs seem like got confused by the Trip booking as the prices here already included the city tax so don’t need to pay separately. But it’s solved perfectly in the end so no complaints.
The room facilities are a bit out of date but overall it’s clean, the double bed is the combination of 2 single beds so it’s not super comfortable if you are used to the bigger beds.
Anyway, a good place that I can recommend.
Our first room had a strong odor, specifically smelling of urine and the drain, so we requested a swap. Thankfully, the second room was perfect—clean and fresh! The staff member who assisted us with the swap was wonderful, friendly, and smiling. Despite the rocky start, we enjoyed our stay.
I recommend this hotel and so glad that I choose to stay here.
