Bold Hotel Frankfurt Messe in Frankfurt am Main

The check in was fast but it didn't feel safe. As I moved my luggage, I was hounded by a young girl who was selling drugs. I avoided her that evening but she tried to intercept me on my way to a grocery store the next day. I was saved.by two police women who happened to be in the area. The rooms are very small and what they offer is very basic. It would be fine if not for the constant disturbances including bed shaking caused by the criminals downstairs; and they are there every day and night. The area should be quiet but there are a lot of drug dealers in their loud jalopies driving by. Tthere's also construction work both in the building and the neighborhood.

I had to move to a different building due to the lack of wifi. I have it now but it's painful. I am disappointed in Germany! And, the first room I had in the other building had dirty floors.

Their shower is good and the staff is responsive but housekeeping doesn't speak any English.

Booked a fairly long stay trying to move my daughter here from university. Drove around forever to find a place to park and ended up cancelling my stay thinking I would have to pay for the one night but there is no way I could unload all of her luggage and a small dog blocks away. I cancelled my stay because I could not unload in a construction zone. Wondered when I would have my card refunded and they refused. So, they rented out my roo and made double profit. They refused to refund me because I did not cancel until after 6PM! I cancelled at 7:30PM because I had to get some place with internet connection and proper parking. The cancellation policy is very vague and misleading. They after 2 days of contacting back and forth refunded the city tax and my dog stay. That is NOT enough. They did not say on their website that it was a construction zone with the "lobby" in a shipping crate. The couch it in polite emails but are stealing from me. I of course am going through my credit card company because the company is misleading.
