Hotel is close to the e airport, it is very convenient for us, and everything is clean, just a little bit small and old for the washroom but it is okay, nice hotel anyway.

Good experience overall, value for money is decent.
The water while showering and washing hands was going from extreme hot to extreme cold even when I didn't touch the knob.

An excellent hotel, this is my second time staying here. It's super convenient for getting to the city center and also to the airport. The breakfast is abundant, the rooms are clean, and any issues are quickly resolved.

The price is relatively cheap. The location is a bit off, but it's only a 10-15 minute taxi ride to the city center. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, though the hairdryer is a bit outdated.

The room was quite small, but that's typical for European hotels. For the price, it was decent. Despite its size, it had all the essential facilities, so I'd still recommend it. The breakfast was also okay.

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but the environment is nice and clean. It's a large hotel, but the parking fees are too high.

This hotel is located in an industrial park, which isn't suitable for individual travelers. It's also a kilometer away from the subway. The facilities are old; I was stuck in a decades-old elevator for over 10 minutes. I pressed the emergency button, but no one responded for a long time. I had to call my family to go to the front desk to get me out. When I checked out and mentioned the incident, the staff was very indifferent. The service at Crowne Plaza is really subpar. I recommend that Trip.com stops heavily promoting this hotel.
