We stayed here for one night to see Gabriel Iglesias. Service was very friendly and helpful. We even got something fornmy wifes Birthday which was on that day. Thanks again for that! Breakfast had a great selection and everything was fresh. Only downside is that the rooms are a bit outdated and look like they're still in the 90s. But we would stay here again.

BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL THEY WILL DOUBLE CHARGE YOU FOR THE ROOMS TO MAKE MONEY. they will charge you when you arrive then when trying to checkout they will charge you again saying you didn’t pay. You can show them your credit card history to show you paid but they will say without a receipt which they didn’t give they can’t do it. THEY ARE SCAMMERS BE PREPARED TO PAY $200 for a room not what the sign says!!!! BE WARNED

Good Airport transit hotel. Has lots of parking space available. Satisfies all the basic needs for a short stay. Breakfast is good. New York Bar is a great relaxation. Has a shopping mall at 10 mins walking distance and Aldi's around 20 mins walking.

The blonde woman at reception was extremely unfriendly and annoyed. Her English was also very poor, and she came across as quite overwhelmed, stressed, and rushed. However, on the day of our arrival, another very friendly woman (on a trial basis) was at reception who was able to help us quickly and professionally. The rooms are very dated and in need of renovation. The hotel is in a remote location. For the price, you can find significantly better hotels in Frankfurt.

The curtains were fine, in my room at least.
The floormat in my room had spots of some liquid which never went away ever since arriving. Disgusting honestly.
Shower hose water flow was so thin so it was hard to shower.
Breakfast was ok, I suppose.
Heard the gym was really bad. I never went, but if that's something you need, then it's probably not good for you.
Conference rooms were alright.
Bed cover was way too small.
The bed was huge and a bit hard, but hard mattress is my personal favorite.
Hotel had a nice view and having a walk is nice.
Overall this hotel is not a 4, it needs lots of improvements.

The room was well-equipped and clean. There is a large shopping mall nearby with many restaurants and shopping malls. It exceeded my expectations and was very cost-effective.

I've been here several times. The location is convenient. There is a commercial street nearby, which is suitable for business travelers. The surrounding environment is also very quiet, suitable for rest. The breakfast is also varied and delicious. I will come again if I have the chance.
