The hotel environment was nice, the rooms were clean and tidy, the receptionist checked us in quickly, the butler service was attentive, and we were given a quiet room. If we had any questions, we could contact the front desk and they responded very quickly.

Large, comfortable, and clean. Will definitely book again next time. Shops and supermarkets are across the street.

The room is quite large, and there's also a living room; it's relatively quiet.

Nice hotel, only a pity that there were no extra pillows and blankets in the hotel and towels in the shower. We were with 3 people.

Nice modern hotel with huge rooms and great breakfast - and very economical! Hotel is located in a light industrial area, so not the best neighbourhood to go out. But if you are just looking for a quiet, decent, clean and welcoming place to stay the night, I would highly recommend.

A black carpet doesn't look good; it feels rather oppressive. However, it makes parking more convenient.

Nice rooms and overal hotel facilities. Liked good parking with a lot of places. Breakfast was OK, but I remember times when it was much better.

Recently renovated, it’s comfortable and conveniently located in the center of Neu Isenburg and nearby the airport. My room was spacious. The bed is comfortable and this is essential for a good rest. I’m rating four stars and not five because I share other guests perspectives that the room must be equipped with a coffee machine or a kettle at least! I booked a king bed but they had two twin beds joined and there was a gap in between, my back hurts a lot. They did not even inform me about this and then when I tried to call got to know my phone in the room did not work at all

Less than 30 mins drive from the city center. It's huge resort and has all the amenities to spend a perfect weekend.

This is a great hotel, tucked out of the way and has good access to the highway, airport, and Stadium (via car). The director and her staff are top notch, very friendly and always looking to help make your stay great!

Bit of an odd one. Not a usual HI. I had a room upgrade, and it was very good, but right outside was a hand car wash place . Noise until around midnight. The restaurant was not open in the evening. I stayed in this hotel for 11 days. The booking was flawless, the location is excellent and all the services I experienced were top quality. The staff was very kind and competent. The room was large and sunny. I recommend the hotel full hearted.

Nice place. Room are quite nice and clean. Bathroom is getting old and you can water on floor after shower but it's really ok. Service and people at the bar are very eager to help and it is appreciated. The food was not top. I would recommend to go outside for diner. I recommend anyway.

I have 5 stars to everything in relation to price per night. It’s not luxury, but they are really customer oriented, and very punctual, attentive to details and really pleasing. The rooms are very clean and quiet. The only thing I wish I had was a light blanket, because their blankets are super warm to my taste. Overall, I highly recommend for a short stay. Beware, breakfast has to be paid for, even though it was included in the booked room category. My mistake for not being sure what I had booked at the time and not questioning it immediately. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't address this issue afterward. The room wasn't cleaned during our short stay. You have to specifically request that the sauna be turned on. A hotel with a cozy atmosphere

Super clean and nicely furnished, but warm and Super clean hotel, unfortunately the room was very warm, with no air conditioning. The bathroom was sparkling clean, but the shower was tiny, and it took almost 10 minutes for the water to heat up in the morning. We had a good stay at this hotel. The room was convenient and of reasonable size. The check in and out were seamless. The breakfast at the hotel was expensive but convenient for the first morning. The park right across the street was nice and we enjoyed walking the trails.

Hotel rooms are good but I entered late around 10pm and nobody was there. I was really tired and I spent 15min and my luck someone came and told me that there is bell where you need to talk to someone who will give you code and that will give me room key.. it should have been communicated earlier to avoid inconvenience.

The Hotel is quite a bit outside of Neu Isenburg, avoid it when you're planning to spend time in Neu Isenberg and don't have a car available. The rooms are functional but not luxurious ave they surely don't seem modern. The breakfast is good and the service is very good.

For 1-2 Nights or a Seminar ok, however, the Hotel is located in a commercial area. Within walking distance, nothing meaningful is achievable. To Neu Isenburg City 5 minutes by car. Aircraft noise is excluded by the proximity to the Airport. Rooms are functionally furnished.

Mr Ved the hotel manager was amazing who was always available and helpful with any problem. The room was quite good for the price. The location was most practical since the bus stop is right at the doorstep of the hotel entrance with a supermarket just next door with several cheap eateries.
