The facilities were okay, a bit dated but adequate. The shower being in the bathtub is a sign of the age of the place.
The breakfast was very good, everything you could want.
At the breakfast you are met with tables with reservations on them and you have to look for a table that is free. They all looked reserved. No help from the staff

Wir haben mehrere Zimmer für mehrere Tage reserviert und wollten ein zusätzliches Zimmer buchen. Dabei traten einige Fragen auf:
Kann man in den Zimmer bleiben, muss man Frühstück buchen, gibt es bei einer Anreise um 20.00 uhr noch etwas zu essen?
Wir haben tagelang versucht, telefonisch Kontakt zu bekommen - immer nur AB.
Unsere Emails wurden nie durchgelesen, sondern wir bekamen vorgefertigte Standard Antworten.
Wir schrieben an das Management (Frau Werner)!!!. Wir Bekamen eine Email, dass man uns telefonisch kontaktieren würde. Nie kam ein Anruf.
Die einzige Frage, die per Email beantwortet wurde, war: "Natürlich gibt es für Sie um 20.00 Uhr noch essen"
Als wir um 19.45 ankamen. war aber die Küche zu.
Wir haben selten ein so schlechtes Management/Reservierungsverhalten erlebt.
Vor Ort kann man nur das Engagement vom Service (Nicole) loben, die alles versuchten uns trotzdem einen guten Empfang zu bieten. (Selbst aber auch nie vom Reservierungsteam informiert wurden.)
