The Good • Excellent location in the heart of the old town. • Well maintained: clean, neat. • Convenient underground parking directly under the hotel (though spaces are limited). The Bad • Everything is cheap: basic Ikea-style furniture, plain finishes, and no sense of charm. • Overall, a basic hotel that offers only the bare minimum. It feels more like an Ibis Budget in a prime downtown location than a true city hotel.

The Hotel was excellent,clean and modern, We stayed there because we went to see the Scorpions who were playing in the HvH Stadium. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped, Breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again

Very pleasant stay during the Fair. Location was perfect. Good value overall considering it's a very expensive week to stay in Hannover.

Terrible and over priced
Terrible hotel. Massively over priced, no in-room coffee/drinks, no iron, air con not working, and so noisy. Worst of all they trebled the price due to Hannover Messe.

The location of the hotel is probably its best feature- right near the old city hall and the market church. Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast room had plenty of space and was very nice. The room was very average. The bed was ok but not overly comfortable. The room lacked good lighting. It could certainly use a refresh.

I arrived earlier than the check-in time, the staff is very flexible & checked me in the room immediately, I therefore, could take a bath & changed, then went to my meeting with customer on time. I really appreciated them !

A centrally located with a great staff, great facilities (including a mini bar machine in the foyer at good prices - Ray & Savi sekt for Euro 4,00).and a fantastic breakfast... The hotel is new but located ideally for the old town (literally in the middle) and the 'Red line' which you follow for a 4.5kms walk around the city highlights is on the hotel's doorstep. The main train station is a simple 10 mins walk through the pedestrianised shopping centre.

The Hotel is modern and functional and seems to be newly renovated.
Everything is very clean and the Breakfast is amazing.
The location can't be better: Central, directly at the market Church. All of the attractions in the City of Hannover incl. New town hall and Maschsee can be reached in 15 minutes walk. However, the room is very quiet - you can hear the bells of the Church market.
However, I must mention that the room had no Minibar (...for me, however, dispensable).
I have (via Booking,com) absolutely reasonable 72€ per night incl. the very rich Breakfast (with freshly squeezed orange, Apple or pineapple juice!) paid.
Parking in the garage costs 8€/night.

The hotel was ok. The shower and toilet were not the best with little privacy. The internet was paid (4.5 euro / 24 H) and incredibly slow with limited bandwidth. The hotel is not worth for its price point!
