5 stars for the comfort and breakfast. I dont understand why people give 1 star for this hotel, when the cost is €61 for the night in a single room and is clean, nice, comfy bed and great breakfast. For me is a good deal and for this reason i give 5 stars. Breakfast open from 6:30am until 10:00am and is a buffet and is super nice with a big variety of food.

The hotel is fine, rooms ok and clean, no specific complaints. If you have allergies, important to request allergy friendly room and appointments in advance, as they use traditional featherbeds.

The room was small but ok for a one night stay. I can't believe that there was NO smoke detector in the room.

It's ok for one night and for the inexpensive price you get enough. The breakfast was very good (large selection of food).
We had 2 rooms. One, on the ground floor) had three beds crammed into a quite small space. Not much floor to walk on. The room was very clean except the bathroom: here there was mold and the drains were partially plugged (water drained very slowly). The fixtures are old and cracked and need replacing.
The other room for 2 people, on the 2nd floor, had a bit more free space and the bathroom was much better.
There are a few restaurants close by and shopping areas and this hotel is located conveniently close to the Autobahn.

Free parking in front of the hotel. Rooms are of comfortable size, above all considering the moderate price. Furniture and carpets maybe a bit dated but in working order. Shower worked perfectly.
Everything was clean.
Breakfast choice was good. Staff at breakfast buffet was very friendly and constantly taking care of replenishing the buffet and cleaning up the tables. There is also an indoor pool & sauna, which I did not visit.

An old hotel,
A very clean room,
A single bed in a small room.
But, no complaints, because it was what I was expecting.
Maybe a bit pricey for the room dimensions, but other than that, I was satisfied.
Breakfast was plain, but the coffee was very good, the espresso.

We've stayed at Hotel Rennschuh multiple times, and every visit has been great!
The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and everything feels well maintained.
Although the hotel is surrounded by busy roads, the sound insulation is pretty good - once the windows are closed, it's quiet enough to get a full night of sleep.
The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, making for a very pleasant stay. One of the highlights is the breakfast, which is always fresh, varied, and satisfying. Overall, a reliable and welcoming hotel that we're always happy to return to. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in the area.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Rennschuh. The room had everything I needed for the night and the staff gave me great tips on places I could get food later in the evening, as well as helpful directions for finding my room and other things in the hotel. I would stay here again!
