This is a retirement complex that rents out unused rooms. The rooms are large and clean with lots of elderly safety features. But they are not air-conditioned. Sitting in a west-facing summer sweat-box, even though clean, is not a pleasant experience. And the WiFi is terrible. Front desk staff spoke little English and not interested in providing assistance.
