I walked from the Station, which took about 20 minutes. Some of the pavements were rough and poorly-lit but I managed to stay upright. The kind proprietor had sent me a video explaining how to get in (at 7:30). It took a fair bit of fooling around in the dark to gain entry. The hotel is within walking distance of a modest selection of places to eat. My room was nicely presented but was possibly the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. It also featured a single bed built out from the wall, something I particularly dislike. I did sleep well, so I mustn't grumble. The breakfast was pleasant and I got a friendly send-off from the boss before my walk back to the station (in the rain!).

Well located at the edge of the Qedlinburg centre. Parking on the premises. We had a room on the top floor which was clean and spacious. Very friendly welcome. Small, but cosy breakfast room and nice buffet selection.
