Friendly reception even though we turned up without a reservation and the staff were busy with a wedding at the time. We had a choice of campsite and plenty of space (end August) and were able to wash and dry our laundry (€8 a bit much when compared with other campsites). The washrooms were a bit limited, with cooking, washing up, laundry, and chemical loo emptying all in the area of the women's toilets.

Yes, what should I say about the room? A cleaner is probably not part of the staff. SERVICE what service except for the breakfast time none to be seen far and wide. Monday and Tuesday and Wednesday closed in the restaurant Thursday then open for 2 hours when we asked and the food was surprisingly good. It's a pity really, nice object, there's a lot more to get out of it, but if you don't want it, you probably already have it

Nice camping place next to the Hotel with access to all facilities and restaurant. Good place to start a visit to Wernigerode and its surroundings
