A bad first impression, but a good room!
My first impression of the place was two half naked eastern Europeans smoking outside the lobby, and when I got into said lobby the door was closed and I had to call a phone number to check in. But, the guy who answered the phone was nice, and he got me a door code pretty swiftly, and then I got into the lift and went up to the fourth floor where my room was. And it was a very nice room, especially for the price! Big, comfy bed, and the room looked to be pretty recently refurbished, even though it did look a bit unloved, as it were. Bonuses were a fridge and a nice big smart TV. All in all, very good value for money!

I like the service and the room. Everything was very clean and the checkin (online) was very easy.
I would classify this place as an INN rather than a hotel. It would be better (and safer) if there were more restrictions to the doors that lead to the rooms.

Very nice hotel. You can feel that the owner it starting his best to make as best experience as possible. Of course you can feel the COVID crisis, but I Had good overall experience. I haven't tried the breakfast because we was in the hurry, but the dining room looked very clean and nice. The lade at the seat was also very nice. I recommend overall.

Got the basics, but not more. Close to an intersection with quite son traffic and also a train station across the street

Parking in the yard, the rooms are ok, but everything is a bit dated and worn. The Wi-Fi of the Hotel is very slow. The reception is on the top floor - the Elevator goes only up to the floor below.

-Tissue dispenser with a thick layer of dust
Staff in the morning at the reception the phone has with the clearing and fill of the buffet
-The staff at the reception speaks an Eastern European language than English
+Bread rolls were good
-the staircase is the designated Smoking area
-on the second day in a row, the Intnetverbindung is from 21:45 to the Hotspot way ( from extremely slow to no connection)

The rooms were spacious. Unfortunately, carpet floor, but what was, surprisingly, as an Allergy-no Problem. Breakfast great selection. The bathroom was unfortunately a bit dirty, but for a, two Nights you can't complain for the price. In addition, the S-Bahn Station directly opposite is, however, no sounds were played. The Wi-Fi was unusable. For Internet access you had to items every time a new Registrar, there is a Login with the existing credentials.

Nice place to stay with roof top garden and a great ace to eat with views over the city.

The hotel needs improvement. Its main problem is the bad cleaning service: Do not pick up dirty towels and as you can see they do not clean anything. The floor can be verified that it is dirty and little or nothing has been cleaned here. Another inconvenience of staying here is its bad situation: despite having good access by car or public transport it is very far from the center of Hanover.
