I experienced a very poor stay at this hotel, which I chose solely for its proximity to Hannover Airport. Despite requesting two single beds, I was given a double bed, and after check-in, finding anyone to talk to became impossible; after a certain hour, everything is handled strictly via WhatsApp and there are no staff members on-site. The atmosphere of the room was extremely gloomy due to the choice of paintings and wall colors, and the floors were ice-cold stone. The strangest detail was the lack of a sink in the toilet; they placed the sink inside the bedroom area, yet in stark contrast, they installed a massive Android TV, the likes of which I’ve never seen in any other hotel. The fact that the "free parking" area is shared with a casino made me seriously uneasy regarding vehicle security. Furthermore, even after check-out, they haven't bothered to respond to my messages on WhatsApp regarding my invoice details. From cleanliness to location and the total lack of communication, this hotel is so unpleasant in every aspect that spending the night in your car would be a much better choice. I definitely do not recommend it.

A bad first impression, but a good room!
My first impression of the place was two half naked eastern Europeans smoking outside the lobby, and when I got into said lobby the door was closed and I had to call a phone number to check in. But, the guy who answered the phone was nice, and he got me a door code pretty swiftly, and then I got into the lift and went up to the fourth floor where my room was. And it was a very nice room, especially for the price! Big, comfy bed, and the room looked to be pretty recently refurbished, even though it did look a bit unloved, as it were. Bonuses were a fridge and a nice big smart TV. All in all, very good value for money!

Fair pricing and excellent location to VW Hannover. Rooms are clean and modern style. Across the street, there is the subway station and a REWE supermarket. Breakfast can be bought there. Big refrigerator is in the room to store plenty of food and drinks.

Good hotel, rooms with small kitchen are great to stay, downstairs coffee spot. Also late check-in is possible, if you contact person at online reception.

Owner is very friendly/helpful. Easy check in/out, free parking snd wifi, and the room was super... clean(!), spacious, comfy beds, big flatscreen, and very cool art/design! So happy with this place.

I like the service and the room. Everything was very clean and the checkin (online) was very easy.
I would classify this place as an INN rather than a hotel. It would be better (and safer) if there were more restrictions to the doors that lead to the rooms.

Very nice hotel. You can feel that the owner it starting his best to make as best experience as possible. Of course you can feel the COVID crisis, but I Had good overall experience. I haven't tried the breakfast because we was in the hurry, but the dining room looked very clean and nice. The lade at the seat was also very nice. I recommend overall.

Got the basics, but not more. Close to an intersection with quite son traffic and also a train station across the street

Parking in the yard, the rooms are ok, but everything is a bit dated and worn. The Wi-Fi of the Hotel is very slow. The reception is on the top floor - the Elevator goes only up to the floor below.

-Tissue dispenser with a thick layer of dust
Staff in the morning at the reception the phone has with the clearing and fill of the buffet
-The staff at the reception speaks an Eastern European language than English
+Bread rolls were good
-the staircase is the designated Smoking area
-on the second day in a row, the Intnetverbindung is from 21:45 to the Hotspot way ( from extremely slow to no connection)
