Middle of nowhere, base for motorcycles, owner must be the most unfriendliest person ever, accommodation OK, not a place for disabled, lots of stairs etc, online site gives wrong info, which I informed the desk about, food, below average, very basic, would have preferred bread over rolls, salad bar all pickled food less for lettuce. beer expensive, friendly staff, good bus service to Osterode, a run down place, mostly shut, Clausenthal was a lot better for a hour or so,
This is a strange place! the hospitality is great and welcome. The elevator is creepy and some of the rooms are not as you might expect. as for the breakfast it is nice and reach and good. Because of the structure of the hotel you may get lost between the rooms.
Amazing food, great prices, and some of the best service I have had. Well worth a visit. It's a pity more places in Australia could not learn from a place like this. Well done
Staying at this hotel during my first visit from the US to Europe, was a great experience. This hotel has a lot of character, the food is excellent, the setting is beautiful! This was a business trip, but I can't wait to visit with the family on vacation. It felt like I was staying at a bed and breakfast, and the price was extremely reasonable. The staff is friendly, accommodating and entertaining. A wonderful experience!

Excellent cuisine and very friendly people. The hotel is located in a small village surrounded by many many trees and a lot f opportunity for hiking.
Super helfull and friebdly stuff. All questions are solved the best way! Custom vegan breakfest was available next morning. Good sauna here and a little sweemongpool.
