It was a lovely vacation. Our cottage location was perfect, nearby the market. The surroundings were beautiful. The only thing to put a finger on was the heating system in the cottage, wich we didn't quite figure out and the ventilator in the bathroom was very loud. Otherwise it was very, very nice

Amazing experience, worth taking the time to come especially there. Lots of activities and nature. Great food. Great water park. We will be definitely coming again. Especially recommend renting bikes and exploring the park and nature together.

Freaking amazing! Really really good option for families with small kids. Very nice structure, plenty attractions already included on the package, good restaurants with ok prices, and amazing service (both customer support and on site).

Great services, staff always kind. I would only recommend to add a fitness center or a gym, because there are no options for physical training. But the whole experience was really awesome. I can only recommend, especially if you plan to take your kids there.

Standard room, a bit old-fashioned, but neat and clean. The place is very conveniently located at a walking distance from the airport, has a very nice park for walks. The breakfast is very nice.

Hotel is conveniently located beside Hannover airport and definitely top choice to catch our early flights.

Best way to spend a night before an early flight in the morning. Easy and quick check in, spacious, clean and quiet room. Friendly and helpful staff. This was our second time we used the hotel before a flight, and we will do it again for sure.

Free parking, and the location is convenient for the business district.

Conveniently located in the center of Wolfsburg, but on the day we checked out, a pipe burst and the water supply was completely cut off. It was probably due to the cold snowy weather.

I've been a regular guest for years and have always been very satisfied – but this time, unfortunately, I was disappointed. The hotel has five stars, but these are currently undeserved. There were long waits at breakfast and no free tables, the exercise classes were overcrowded, there was loud children screaming in the pool area, and the relaxation terrace was completely full. The food has deteriorated dramatically, both in terms of selection and taste. Prices have nevertheless increased! The new hotel manager's modernization measures are half-hearted. The clientele is massively aging, and there's no new, younger clientele coming along!

We booked a family suite. The room was terrible; since it was on the mezzanine floor, it was very cold. The sofa was worn and terribly old. The rooms exude a 70s charm. In the corridor leading to the room are seminar rooms, with countless participants standing in front of them. You have to walk past them to the end of the corridor to get to the dark room. The bathroom doors are so narrow and small...

Great hotel with a lovely ambiance and a variety of ways to relax. Very good breakfast with a huge selection. Great opportunities for sports. Overall, always a great stay.

The subway entrance is right at the door, which is really convenient. The hotel is good in all aspects and the price is right. It may be the most cost-effective in this area. There is also a sauna and a gym. If you come to Hannover next time, this is the first choice. Rewe and Rossmann are opposite

Great money/value. One of not that many hotels which is truly pet friendly and guests with cats are welcomed here, In comparison to many others who state they're "pet friendly" but in fact accept only with dogs. Both rooms we booked were clean and pretty fresh, "welcome drink" feature is a pleasant addon that you don't expect. Parking on site is for 19eur/d, but there are plenty of parking spaces around...

Very good stay can reccomend I had a very enjoyable stay at AHORN Harz Hotel Braunlage. The location is ideal for exploring the Harz mountains, and the views from the room were lovely. In a pinch for a night or two The view of the Wurmberg from the 9th floor was fantastic. With cushions on the chairs, the evenings would have been even more enjoyable. Large hotel in a beautiful setting! Surrounded by forests and mountains! A ski resort in winter. The rooms are spacious and clean! The staff is friendly and helpful! The breakfast and evening buffet didn't quite live up to expectations for a 4-star hotel. The evening meal, in particular, was rather disappointing in terms of taste, so booking the evening buffet isn't necessarily recommended.

A perfectly clean, satisfactory hotel. Affordable. A 40 min walk to Hannover Altstadt, which we enjoyed. Lovely neighborhoods to see along the way. Not a lot of stores or other options right nearby, but quiet and the park is gorgeous. Get a park view for sure if you can.

Is this the only hotel in the world where you have to go down to the restaurant to order room service in person? A absolute first for me. There’s no menu in the room, you can call the restaurant but they won’t let you call in an order. They prefer you to order elsewhere so Lieferando is easier and has additional benefits of better food and friendlier service. I’ve been so impressed with how friendly...

I chose this hotel for an event at HCC Hannover Congress Centrum. We stayed 1 night. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was conformable, quite area. Good value for money. Definitely recommended 👌

Overal the hotel was ok, but the mattress was bad. My wife and i both woke up with back pain.

Stayed overnight to attend a concert at ZAG Arena, which is literally 200m away. Fantastic front desk staff and bar/restaurant staff. Food was absolutely delicious. Great stay!

We really enjoyed this hotel. Our room was HUGE, one of the biggest hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. It was clean and well organised. The bed was very comfortable. We didn’t eat in the restaurant however it looked beautiful. Very authentic shipyard looking.

Very good hotel, with excellent conditions, kind personell with who it is possible to talk in English. Restaurant in the hotel serve good meals and always help to order supper, after late arrival.

Excellent stay, the hotel is really in perfect state and very clean. Staff is Wonderfull in every discipline.

No air Make sure you don't end up in the Hafenturm part of the hotel. No ventilation in the rooms and no AC either. Coupled with the fact that the rooms are facing the railway line and you need to keep the window open for some chance of oxygen supply means poor sleep in very hot and noisy conditions

Everything good But I’ve put 4 starts because of the pillows.. they weren’t comfortable so I couldn’t sleep well. Probably considering 1 big and one smaller pillow is the way for a comfy sleep. The rest was good .

This is a very fine hotel with a great location. Nothing fancy, but great balance between price, quality of rooms and the service you get - on top they also have quite a nice breakfast selection. I would definitely come here again to stay, if in the area. Bonus info - they also have a really nice sky bar if the weather allows a late drink.

This hotel near the station that can walk to the hotel. They have offered the best breakfast for every customer. I recommend this hotel can consider to live in this hotel.

Overall, the hotel's location, the staff's hospitality, and the room were all pleasant. The refreshments in the room's minibar were a particularly nice touch. The only negative was the dirty bed linens. Even after the room was cleaned, the sheets remained dirty.

This hotel is almost perfect — it offers a good breakfast, friendly service, and the rooms are spacious and clean. However, I had to change rooms during the night because my neighbor brought guests who were extremely loud. Be prepared for noise from neighboring rooms. Because of this, I would not recommend it for business travel, as you may not get a good night’s sleep.

Location is the best. Close to designer outlets and many restaurants.

The room was great, clean and tidy. One surprising fact I found in the hotel is that it doesn't have a kettle in the room and no spare one from the reception either! But the reception staff was nice, patient and willing to spend time to talk through my questions.

Air conditioner not good. Rooms were  really so cold

Hotel is new and looks good. Nice bed and good pressure on taps. Food wise the buffet for breakfast was nice. Just one issue please add German sausages to breakfast.

It was a really good location close to the central station. The room was spacious and new.

The Hotel is amazing! The rooms are comfortable and clean (at least if you take a double comfort room) and the personel is kind. However I didn't like the fact that I had to pay for the sauna and that I had to reserve a table to have my breakfast in the morning or my diner in the night. If you include breakfast in the hotel bill, everyone should be able to freely sit and eat without being interrupted...

The service was very good. The facilities were okay, a bit dated but adequate. The shower being in the bathtub is a sign of the age of the place. The breakfast was very good, everything you could want.

Our second stay. But still the service is not up to standard. At the breakfast you are met with tables with reservations on them and you have to look for a table that is free. They all looked reserved. No help from the staff Toilet paper is a cheap fabric. The photos make it look like there’s a nice bar. But that’s not the way it is when you are there

Spent there 1 night on the business trip. Room was OK, big free parking in front of the hotel. There's a swimming pool inside the hotel but I didn't use it. Breakfast normal, nothing special honestly, brewed coffee, not from the pressurised coffee machine (espresso style) so I give 1 star less for this.

Jan 2023. Visiting from UK & regretfully got delayed due to a ferry breakdown so did not arrive on the 1st night we booked. We did however email them from Hull to let them know this but they still made us pay for the room (dissapointing) when we arrived. We slept well, no noises from road or other guests. the hotel was clean with a large car park. Breakfast was a bit of a scrum 1st morning cos nobody...

A Nice hotel but really simple rooms

I stayed at this hotel on the recommendation of my taxi driver friend TEKIN. The staff are attentive, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is delicious. I recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

The room was spacious. The surroundings were also very nice. It was also very close to the University of Göttingen, so you could go to the university town after work. However, the breakfast was quite basic.

Here with a coach tour. It's quaint, door keys, old fashioned charming rooms, but needs updating for the electronics of the modern age. One star deducted as no tea or coffee in the rooms. A big blow to this Brit!

Everything was great and very clean

The hotel service is good, the breakfast is good, and it is the quality of a traditional chain hotel.

The facilities are relatively old. The so-called double bed room is two single beds put together. Slippers need to be collected separately at the front desk.

Very nice hotel, only “aber dabei” was that wienerschnitzel was not on the menu. ;-)

3 star stay! Overall expetience was good. Check in was easy, but the bathroom was dirty with hairs all over the floor when I got there. Reception made sure I could have another room as they said it was too late to get someone to clean. The second room was clean - rooms overall are basic but clean. There is no conditioner, only a combined body/face wash/shampoo. Bottle of water was provided in the room...

Stayed here for 2 weeks due to work, OK stay but the room I had was not clean. Spiderweb in the roofs and it smells sewer in the bathroom. Had to move the bed, because I lost something under it. It was clearly many moths since it was cleaned there.

This is my second stay this year. This GHotel is really nice. The family suite is cozy, there is free parking, and I like the breakfast very much.

Calm hotel in calm area of Hannover. As vegan, I appreciate quite good vegan choices for breakfast! This is very unusual in Germany. The hotel is taking care of sustainability, using eco-certified cosmetics, and bio food for breakfast. Tea&snack corners in the corridors are nice to have during the day. Rooms have a little kitchen with a refrigerator. The room is perfectly clean.

The front desk staff was not very professional. The room was small, but the cleanliness and facilities were good. The breakfast was good.

Great place to stay, rooms are basic but clean and you have everything you need. The room was extremely clean, well-laid out, and all the amenities were new. The front desk staff were very friendly. Plus, the hotel is right next to a subway station, making transportation very convenient.

The only downside is that the parking fees are too high, and the payment machines are too cumbersome, only supporting cash and NFC.

Google Maps or BMW couldn't navigate there right (tried to guide via Volkswagen factory), but it was quite easy to find although there were not too many signs. From the first step to the property, the staff were attentive and tried to help in every way. I loved everything about our stay. We especially enjoyed the live music at the bar (we even canceled our restaurant reservation to relax to the live music).

Fantastic Hotel, quiet, luxurious with excellent food. Travelled on business, visited VW factory, museum and town. Excellent Factory tour and presentation of classic and new cars, beautiful surroundings. Interesting and knowledgeable for all ages, children welcome, something for everyone who is interested in motor history from past to present

We came to see some art at a nearby museum for our anniversary and they made it a memorable experience. AQUA is sublime. The place is smack dab in the middle of Volkswagen Disneyland and there is a lot to do. I cannot over state how much we LOVED the service and the hotel.

Great hotel, good value for money with well maintained and modern, spacious room and a comfortable bed. The location is very convenient in a quiet, semi-residential area with just a short walk to the train station and city centre. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of hot and cold buffet options and in the evening, the bar had a good ambience, friendly staff and was well priced.

I am allocated a room at the 6 floor. I found out that there is upper and surface level for the room. And my room was in upper level, I need to carry my luggage up without any ramp at all so inconvenient, the designer must be a ********
