When I arrived at the front desk to check in, I was surprised and disappointed by the behavior of the male staff member on duty. Although I was clearly next in line, he asked me to "wait a moment" and proceeded to assist a German-speaking couple who had been standing behind me. They did not try to cut in line themselves—it was the staff member who actively prioritized them over me. Only after fully resolving their issue did he return to help me. This made me feel disregarded and disrespected as a guest. Fair and respectful service should be extended to all, regardless of language or background.

A perfectly clean, satisfactory hotel. Affordable. A 40 min walk to Hannover Altstadt, which we enjoyed. Lovely neighborhoods to see along the way. Not a lot of stores or other options right nearby, but quiet and the park is gorgeous. Get a park view for sure if you can.

Is this the only hotel in the world where you have to go down to the restaurant to order room service in person? A absolute first for me. There’s no menu in the room, you can call the restaurant but they won’t let you call in an order. They prefer you to order elsewhere so Lieferando is easier and has additional benefits of better food and friendlier service. I’ve been so impressed with how friendly everyone has been in Hannover that this stands out like a sore thumb.
Location is perfect if you want to go to the HCC but there’s not much else around here. So you do have to walk quite a bit to get to nice restaurants and supermarkets or other stores are quite far away.

I chose this hotel for an event at HCC Hannover Congress Centrum. We stayed 1 night. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was conformable, quite area. Good value for money. Definitely recommended 👌

Too far out of the way; English is deplorable thereby they don't want to help. Hotel room offers NO Coffee, Breakfast is bad. Not really accommodating to tourist outside Germany. No Shampoo provided and no control of room thermostat; no control of TV settings. Internet is reset during the evening therefore inconvenient when working.

Sleepy hotel outside city center. Arrived by taxi at midnight. Door was closed and locked. Had to wait outside for 12 mins, nothing around. Google the number and tried calling. Finally opened doors.

Small room, bed is not double.
Water was not hot enough for a shower.

Nice breakfast with a cool park view

Housecleaning woke me up at 8am asking if I want service
