Congress Hotel Am Stadtpark in Hannover

We had a very good experience, rooms were comfortable and clean as was the bathroom. The breakfast was great and the staff in the hotel were very helpful and efficient. The hotel also has great access to transportation. Would recommend Congress Hotel am Stadtpark.

Strictly business hotel

We love this hotel located super close to the Zoo district/Eilenriede area- it's our home away from home for several weeks every summer when we visit family in Hannover. It is a comfortable place and perfect for our needs.

Rooms are super clean, staff are friendly and helpful and the room price is extremely reasonable considering the location. We usually visit in the summer during their 'off season' (supposedly the hotel caters to a lot of conference attendees) so it's always super quiet and peaceful. There is no room service, but there is a coffee maker and mini fridge in the room and a lovely restaurant downstairs. Since we always visit in the summer we appreciate that the rooms have A/C and that it actually cools down the rooms quietly unlike some other hotel rooms at this price point we've stayed at.

There is a beautiful little green park w/ flowers and fountains in the back of the hotel where you can stroll. I've walked around there many times to get over jet lag so I appreciate it very much! Right by a tram stop if you want to go downtown, otherwise you may need a car if you stay here unless you plan to travel by taxi/Uber.
Overall we highly recommend Congress am Stadtpark and look forward to returning.

When I arrived at the front desk to check in, I was surprised and disappointed by the behavior of the male staff member on duty. Although I was clearly next in line, he asked me to "wait a moment" and proceeded to assist a German-speaking couple who had been standing behind me. They did not try to cut in line themselves—it was the staff member who actively prioritized them over me. Only after fully resolving their issue did he return to help me. This made me feel disregarded and disrespected as a guest. Fair and respectful service should be extended to all, regardless of language or background.

IT was very good, I would repeat it-
