Very nice hotel. Located quite close to the beach and promenade, 15 minutes walk from the main trainstation, close to shops, bars and restaurants. The decoration might be old style, but it's very clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast buffet is good. All in all a very good hotel with fair prices.

Good hotel in a great area, staff was really helpful and could some English. Private parking for cars (if there's space) only negative was the noise from the street because windows had to be open in the evening of the heat.

Big clean albeit a little dated room. It was warm, clean and tidy. Breakfast was nice. It’s handy for Schwerin and there is a tram stop outside. Friendly staff. No English channels on tv/no kettle in room. It was comfortable enough and not bad value.

Need to invest Beds are super uncomfortable, and pillows are useless. Need to spend a little money on some decent pillows as sleeping is impossible. I would not visit again due to this.

Good location near Schewin Castle and a few minutes walk away from the city center. Tram station just outside the hotel too. Quite a big room. Use it mainly as a base to visit the castle 🏰 and garden. Lovely visit and enjoyed a lot.

We were en route to our holiday apartment elsewhere - this was just another stopover but we liked Schwerin so much we intend to return.

Absolutely super place to stay by the beach in Bansin. I love the Spa centre with swimming pool and saunas. Adjacent to the pier and tourist office. The Kaiserbad Card gives you free bus trips too.

It's a nice hotel. We went there in winter , bc of a birthday. The beach isn't far away. If you have any complaints the reception is very fast and nice .

Nice hotel. Rooms are big and the view in ours was amazing. It was really enjoyable to eat dinner on our glassed balcony. Beds where good. Only minus is the quality of Wifi (bad signal and slow speeds). The pool/spa was not working cause of Covid so i can't comment on that.

Unfortunately, it's no longer a family-run hotel. The service leaves much to be desired, which isn't the fault of the staff but rather the owner. The staff follow regulations, which is fine. However, they cut corners on everything at breakfast; having stayed there several times, I can attest to this. The staff is constantly working, and I wonder if this is sustainable in the long run. Near main station of stralsund, where you can quickly get train to go to Binz.

This is a decent hotel, located just a three-minute walk to the right of the train station. It's very convenient for walking to the old town and taking the train to and from Rügen Island. The receptionist and the guy were always in a bad mood, lacking even a smile. There's also no "Huazhu Club free transportation card" as promised.

Hotel right outside of the train station. They accept pets for a fee. Breakfast was ok and had a good variety, however it was always the same. The beds however are too hard.

Very simple equipment! We had a double room with separate beds. The pillows are used to. From approx. at 07:15 it is with the peace past. The Breakfast is acceptable but still capable of expansion.

We went there in the early afternoon for coffee and cake. We were the only guests. The selection of cakes was great, many cakes were made using rice pudding. As a result, the piece of cake - generously measured by the way - was al dente and really tasty. These cakes with rice pudding are highly recommended. The staff was really nice.

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean.

We came for an overnighter during the off season. The receptionist was friendly and kind and managed to swap the rooms. Somewhere in the booking process it got lost that we brought a dog - no problem at all. We didn‘t try breakfast nor the facilities like pool and sauna but our room was cozy and clean. You can pre-order drinks for the mini bar. We would come back.

Stayed here for three days while visiting Peenemunde. Modest clean rooms, good included breakfast, and a short walk to the center of town. Zinnowitz is an interesting small town off-season. English is not as widely spoken here as in the large cities, but you'll get by.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I've been in. The location of the hotel really captures the ocean and atmosphere of a small beach town. I went in the winter time so not many travelers and it felt like i was in a book. The breakfast could be much better but otherwise cant complain about much else. The bed is super comfortable as well.

I always stay at this hotel when I visit Usedom, no problems. Clean, really good staff, and a great location. I can walk along the beach in both directions. Of course, a great kitchen.
