The staff was very friendly and gave great service when they helped me understand different ticketing in the app Deutsche Bahn. Great location with close walking distance to everything in Wismar. The room was fresh and lovely. The only negatives was the bathroom- and washroomdoors. Frosted glass is not a favourite for me. Though it's only -0,5 really, but can't give 4,5 here.

Let me start this by saying no rooms can accommodate more than 2 people!! It doesn’t matter what the website says. There is only one bed. I booked our room 3 adults and 1 child on the Radisson website and the front desk staff had us check in and pay and we get to our room and are not happy. There is one king bed. The front desk was not helpful at all. They just kept telling me it was not their problem...

We were in Zingst to celebrate a birthday. The location of the hotel was ideal. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. Due to the design, the lobby is a large hall into which an attempt has been made to incorporate some charm. The wellness area is spacious and not overcrowded even at peak times.

My main issues staying in this Hotel is just bed , I mean the Bed moving constantly all the time . If you stay hier with your love one and like to cuddle forget it , the bed will separate you all the time 😂 but other than that it's nice hotel

Was our first time and I must say it’s a great hotel, highly attentive and welcoming staff, rooms impeccably clean, good choices for food onsite. The only thing I‘d like to point out is that the pool could have been 1-2 degrees warmer, but it was still good and warm enough ;) Likely coming back one day!

I spent a weekend with some friends at Bansin, mostly for hiking. The Hotel consist of several separate buildings situated in a park- like surrounding. We stayed in one of the new buidings. I can confirm that even the single rooms are nicely furnished and decorated, and of a reasonable size. Queensize beds. A high quality hotel. The staff are friendly and the rooms are very new and clean. Also great if you are also going to the Waterpark as you have an exclusive entryway. The breakfast is also one of the best in Germany.

Comfort, fun, quality of food recording to price where super! We had a very nice stay with our little girl of 9 months. The only thing I can think of that we found odd was the difference in wine glasses since we where drinking the same wine.

I really enjoyed the experience, especially the pools and different water activities. The room was always very clean and organized. I recommend this hotel, it’s next to the Hochschule Wismar, which is an advantage if you are studying or teaching there for a few days. Thanks.

Walking street near the beach

Perfect location We had a small but tastefully decorated room with a small balcony towards west with beautiful evening sun. The only thing we were missing was air-condition. The air in the room stod absolutely still. Even with the balcony door wide open we didn't manage to get some air circulation. A big plus for the breakfast and the spa with the infinity pool.

I travel extensively internationally. This was one of THE best equipped rooms and facilities I have experienced anywhere. The location is excellent for walking,shopping and the beach. The rooms were super-well equipped and the staff very helpful. We loved the infinity pool overlooking the beach!

We felt very good at the hotel. We must praise the lady at the reception. Her name is Anja. Thank you very much for her responsiveness and extraordinary willingness. It is unbelievable that such nice people can still be found in this day and age.

The hotel is good but the Wifi is just super super bad... If you dont need Wifi then it is good hotel in good location otherwise it just not good. Please improve your wifi service.

I'll start with what went less well: The noise insulation of the room was bad. We could hear the people in the next room talking, and we could clearly tell what TV channel they were watching. I'm guessing it was an elderly couple, as they woke up at 7am and would watch TV until the breakfast buffet started at 8am. Two nights in a row, that I didn't get a full nights sleep. A beautiful hotel by Lake ziegelsee. The hotel had their own boat dock. The view from our room was of the lake. The was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly, and check in was quick. The review comes one year later but we had a great time during our stay at this hotel and wanted to make this known. The room we had was decent. We also want to highlight having one of the best breakfasts so far in a perfect atmosphere. I wish all hotels could offer such a way to start the day!

We had a wonderful time at the Ostseeland Hotel! Our apartment was brand-new and quite modern, which we enjoyed. The location was great for us - a few minutes from the sea and in the middle of a great hiking path leading to the next villages, left and right. Breakfast was good as well. We would definitely consider the Ostseeland Hotel for our next stay by the Baltic Sea!

Hotel staff was nice and friendly, and the room was absolutely spotless! Beds are comfy and breakfasts are delicious and fresh. Good place for a proper (no noise or parties) vacation! Good location (5 min to the sea), clean and calm beach, friwndly stuff. However overall its boring for young couples or groups. Best suited for elderly people and families with small kids. We couldn't find good food there (best to go on a car/bike to explore restaurants outside the hotel). The beach bar has tiny menu and closes at 6pm which is awful. After 8-9pm no chance to find good around.

We had a very nice, spacious room with a view of the sea and the pier. The breakfast buffet was very extensive, and the à la carte dinner was also a delight. We had very good weather, place is close to beach and area has a very long path to walk between the beach and hotels. A lot of places to eat, close to all the things to see, treetopwalking is a must, dogs are not allowed eventhough its possible and easy to get around. Kingschair is a almost 3 km walk throuh the forest and back again, i would consider møns klint a better place, but the walk in the wood...
