Das Hotel liegt sehr nah an der Ostsee. Ein Katzensprung und wir konnten einen Strandspaziergang machen. Parkplätze waren für eine kleine Gebühr zu mieten. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und gemütlich. Wir konnten es auch schon vor der Eincheckzeit beziehen. Auf diesem Weg auch noch einmal DANKE für die nette Überraschung zu meinem Geburtstag.

We booked a junior suite and they upgraded us to give us more comfort to a suite with separate children accommodation in bunk beds for them. They loved it as well as the little presents they received. The bistrot area has a nice terrasse and sea view. Very reposing stay.

Most of the visitors of the place are returning clients, which gives it very special German atmosphere. Nice beach around, spacious spa with nice view. Though a bit old. Spa resting room could have had a bit more comfort, especially in Sauna area. Quite nice hotel overall.

We booked a room with a terrace. We liked the bright bedroom with its comfortable bed. However, we were disappointed with the bathroom. The hotel website shows a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. What we got was a bathroom that felt like it had been thrown back to the 80s/90s. The shower in the bathtub was anything but inviting! We had booked for two people, and there was only one set of towels...

Great restaurant with outdoor/garden seating area. Perfect to relax after a long day at the office. Bedrooms need some refresh because they look a bit dated. But the beds are comfy and area is quiet. The WiFi is very weak so don’t rely on it.

We spent a weekend here to visit relatives in Schwerin. The hotel is located in a rural setting, a bit outside of town, but the center is still a quick drive away. I didn’t stay there, but had a fantastic dinner in their restaurant in Kühlungsborn on what was a special occasion to me. I did not expect food on THAT level in a small baltic resort town in February. Everything was thought-through, executed expertly, without faff, delicious. I can only judge the gastronomy. This is good, the menu is clear, there is something for everyone. The only drawback is that you have to wait a relatively long time for the food, but this is made up for by the friendliness and relaxed attitude of the service staff.

Rating for the restaurant: Have been there many times and we are always very satisfied! Delicious food and always friendly staff. Even if we sometimes have special requests, they are fulfilled in the best possible way. The location in the city forest is great, in summer you can sit outside very nicely.

10 minutes away from A20 highway, very cosy, quiet and very, very clean. Ideal for bed & breakfast or when you need a break on your trip. There is just one disadvantage, but very important one - they can speak ONLY GERMAN. Very reasonable priced and very, very good breakfast.

Very friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a large selection of hot (sausage, bacon, eggs) and cold breakfast foods (bread, fruit, ham, cheese, yoghurt, small cakes, etc). Originally we booked breakfast for one day but extended it to have breakfast every day as it was perfect for adults and children alike and worth the price.

What stood out the most during my stay was the overwhelming courtesy, respect, friendliness, if each employee that I came across. Whitney, Lisa, Rihanna, plus any other staff member who just happened to be walking by. I’m sorry I didn’t get all the names, because each one deserves recognition. I always stay at this hotel when I visit Usedom, no problems. Clean, really good staff, and a great location. I can walk along the beach in both directions. Of course, a great kitchen. Let me start this by saying no rooms can accommodate more than 2 people!! It doesn’t matter what the website says. There is only one bed. I booked our room 3 adults and 1 child on the Radisson website and the front desk staff had us check in and pay and we get to our room and are not happy. There is one king bed. The front desk was not helpful at all. They just kept telling me it was not their problem...

We stayed here for three days in November. Great, attentive service. Clean rooms, very good reception. Delicious and rich breakfast. The three-course menu in the evening is also recommended. The complex itself is very nicely laid out and the heated pool saves a visit to the thermal baths. We will be very happy to come back.

With one small exception, it was really great there. Whether swimming in the pool or the gym is great. My son also made his seahorse badge, the two lifeguards were really nice and the conversation was great. There is a game room and even a playground. Wonderful start point for tours to Kap Arkona and Hiddensee by bicycle and ferry. The hotel is overall good for biking tours and sun-set watching (over Hiddensee). The hotel has renewed rooms but is quite expensive.

Mega Kool!! place to stay, relax and enjoy the natur around. They have rooms and also well equipped appartaments so you can decide how you want to organize your holiday. The restaurant has a very good and delicious dishes. And don't forget to try a pice of kuche from the nice Café and a must is to have a cocktail or dinner while you wait the sundown.

Getting old, but the staff was very friendly, communicative, helpful. Breakfast buffet completely adequate. The restaurant is very tasty, if you don't like the hustle and bustle of the river and want to enjoy the best food in a quiet atmosphere, this is the place for you.
