Lovely Hotel in a very nice location

I'll start with what went less well: The noise insulation of the room was bad. We could hear the people in the next room talking, and we could clearly tell what TV channel they were watching. I'm guessing it was an elderly couple, as they woke up at 7am and would watch TV until the breakfast buffet started at 8am. Two nights in a row, that I didn't get a full nights sleep. A beautiful hotel by Lake ziegelsee. The hotel had their own boat dock. The view from our room was of the lake. The was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly, and check in was quick. My only complaint was lack of air conditioning. It was quite warm when we were there even with windows open. Breakfast buffet was good.

The hotel looks great from the outside, but not to my taste on the inside. The mattresses were much too soft for us (but we didn't say anything because we were only there for 3 days). We stayed at the Ostseehotel for five days. It's centrally located and well-situated, not far from the beach. The staff in all areas are incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired – simply superb. The room was very clean and we lacked nothing. We felt completely at ease and would gladly return; we can absolutely recommend the Ostseehotel. It was wonderful.

A very clean hotel. Very nice staff. I would love to come back :) It was rather negative that the showers are bad, because unfortunately everything in the room gets wet (despite the curtain). We had a super great suite with 2 balconies (a roof terrace and a balcony) and had a great view of the Baltic Sea. The suite was very clean. It is a non-smoking hotel and smoking is allowed at the hotel entrance. We expected a little more from the breakfast. All around a great reception at the reception and for the evening the restaurant Sandbank is highly recommended.

We were in this hotel for the second time. We had a beautiful, large room with a sea view. The breakfast was excellent again. At the reception we were received very nicely. PRICE-PERFORMANCE is definitely right here and we will definitely be back.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The location is great and you have a great sea view. What bothered us was the lack of room service. In the summer with a lot of sand in the room, this is very unpleasant. The cot was getting a bit old. Breakfast was sufficient and delicious.

Highly Recommended An excellent hotel in every way. Well appointed room although did not have a fridge. Staff very helpful, breakfast excellent. There are 20 car places out back named for the guest, with a multi story car park above the train station 50 metres away (1 Euro/hr, 12 Euro/ 24 hrs). Very convenient walk to town, supermarket 150 metres away.

The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the old town and 5 minutes from the train station. We had a room at the back, so it was quiet. The room, service and breakfast were satisfactory.

My room did suffer from a bit of early morning noise from the side street, but it was a comfortable room of a good size. Meals were available, but I chose to dine out. The bed and bathroom were good. The lift was very handy, too. The desk staff spoke English and gave good local advice.

Across the street from the train station, this hotel was very convenient for us and offered good value for money! Comfortable beds in a big, high ceiled, pleasant and clean room. I and my family had a wonderful Autumm holiday (2021) at Familien Wellness Hotel Seeklause. It is indeed a family Hotel where both Parents and Kids will feel at home. It was a worthwhile stay. The rooms are neat , have a little mini bar and modern bathroom. The walk to the beach is not long. The food was the absolute best. We ate from the restaurant every day and they just had amazing Dinner options and tasty! The swimming pool is huge and they have a Sauna too.

We didnt stay here but ate at the restaurant. Pricey but very tasty and good portions. Both my wife and I had the house fish dish (3 different fresh local fish with fried potatoes). Very tasty. It was a great and unique experience being there for three nights. The best thing is that kids have freedom to play around the hotel freely and parents can also rest and enjoy without being worried. There is also a small warm pool to spend time and enjoy. Thanks to reception staffs which give child small gifts and drinks and also restaurants staffs for preparing high quality, delicious meals.

For a short trip with modest needs, the hotel offered a small, new bathroom and somewhat dated furnishings. The breakfast staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive – thank you! Parking was available (for a fee), but unfortunately, it was completely icy (not gritted), and the only instruction was, "Please be careful, it's very slippery." This was unacceptable to us.
