Location
Located at Zum Schulacker 1 in Schwerin, the hotel is about a 15-minute drive from Schwerin city center. It is approximately 9.5 km from the nearest beach (Badestrand) and 93 km from Hamburg Airport (HAM). A shopping mall is situated directly opposite the nearby intersection, providing convenient access to shops. The restaurant «Тотал» is just 287 meters away with a moderate rating. While the hotel is quiet and away from the busiest parts of the city, it benefits travelers arriving by car with ample parking available. The location is less suitable for those relying on public transport or walking due to distance from downtown attractions.
Tips
- If you plan to visit Schwerin city center or the beach, renting a car is advisable since the hotel is located outside the city and public transport options appear limited.

Reviews
The service is always courteous and easily accessible.
Shopping is right across the street (Sieben Seen Center).
The city center is easily accessible by car via the bypass.
All in all, we would gladly stay again.
Furthermore, this is the first time we've been denied a take-out breakfast for an early departure, especially at times that weren't clear on the website. Another downside was the carpeting in the room,
the unstocked mini-fridge, and not even a bottle of water by default. The staff in the breakfast room were rude (I couldn't even turn on the orange juice tap), and the breakfast was meager and subpar, from sweet to savory—so much for a 4-star hotel! The worst MARRIOT I've ever stayed in.
There isn't much around the hotel but we planned on just sleeping here. It is a very quiet location. There is plenty of parking but it is a bit tight even with the small car we had rented. The hotel had a few amenities like a business work station, big dining area, sauna and a lobby bar.
We had booked a family room with a king bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed turned out to be some sort of a single mattress which was fine because we booked for three people. The room was nice with a big TV, a couple of seating areas, plenty of lighting, a coffee station and an ironing board. We found extra pillows in the closet and they were very comfy. We had a great night's rest here and felt refreshed in the morning.
The bathroom was good too with a nice shower and individual bath products for conditioner, shampoo and shower gel. They had a large bottle of body lotion too that was not strapped to the wall. The hair dryer was tucked away in the closet. The only complaint we would have for the bathroom was that the toilet button worked very inconsistently so we were not able to flush the toilet despite pushing up to ten times.
The breakfast was a basic continental breakfast with a good amount of hot and cold items. They had scrambled eggs, meatballs, bread, deli meats and some breads. There were coffee machines, a juice dispenser and a selection of tea. We went around 8 am on the weekend and it was already pretty busy with limited seating but we think the day we went everyone decided to go for breakfast around the same time and leave. The chairs here are also pretty comfy and there are lots of seating options.
Check in was super quick when we arrived late at night. All I had to do was sign my name and write my email to get the key cards for the room. During check out I had mentioned that the toilet in the room was not flushing properly and they had initially offered to switch me rooms but the lady at the front desk seemed to mention that there is an issue with these buttons in some of the rooms then offered us complimentary parking. We were surprised that the hotel had paid parking because of their location and from my understanding it is around 4 euros a night.
It's clean, reasonably priced, and dog-friendly.
Great value for money! The only downside is that it's far from the city!
It's best to drive!
