Quit and clean room, amenities were good. Breakfast was normal. Hotel location is fine and near public transportation. Staff is friendly and responsible. Highly recommended overall.

The air conditioning in my room seem not functioning after waiting for a long time, then i decided to open the window to get the air flowing.
Regret that no boiler provided.
Despite above shortfall, love the hotel location at the centre and accessible to all other tourist spot.

The location is pretty good. You can walk or take the bus from the train station very quickly. Opposite is the opera house, cinema, post office, near DM, and a little further up is the supermarket and Media Markt, which sells electronic products. There are several bars on this side of the hotel. It is also very convenient to go to the church, pedestrian street or bushof from here. The room is a little small, but it is enough, enough to put large suitcases and clothes. Clean and tidy. The bar downstairs is very large, and the price is reasonable for a cup of tea. I hope the hotel will continue to maintain its quality and I would like to stay here next time I return to AC.

I loved the location. Not a bad walk from the train station and heheh you are just at the edge of the good stuff- an old German restaurant next door, the Cathedral a block or 2 around the corner.
The bar wasn’t as appealing as some as the other Motel Ones I’ve been too- a little more business feeling. But I’ve come to love the color and decor scheme of this chain. Always super quiet and serene.

When we always drove from Aachen to Munich back then, we always stayed at Motel One at Sendlinger Tor in Munich. Since it was no longer possible for us in Aachen (the city is coming down completely), we made our dream come true and moved to Munich. Now we are happy that we can stay at the Motel One Aachen when we come to Aachen from time to time. The hotel is stylish, has a good bar and great value for money.
