It is near my husband’s workplace, but it’s nowhere near around shops. The room is always tidy when we arrive there and the ambience feels laid back. The lights are adjustable and the curtains are thick meanwhile the bed and the blankets are so comfortable and cozy. Their bathroom is pristine and the shower is really good.
What I like more about the hotel:
• great selection of breakfast like different types of bread, pastries, cereals, cold cuts, eggs,fruits, coffee & tea, jam, chocolate spread and etc. (they don’t have anything warm).
• fast wifi
• has a bar and more chairs in the lobby for the guests
• friendly staff, they always greet you.
• modern interior
What we didn’t find pleasant:
• The AC doesn’t work every time. So we had to open the windows thus hearing the speeding car noise from the motorway.
What the Hotel could possibly add:
• A vending machine for snacks.
• An ironing board and iron for us to borrow.
• a 24/7 vending machine coffee and tea

We are ok with the small room size that Motel One hotels have. The Frankfurt location of the Motel One Airport is not really close to FRA. The location is also quite a distance from downtown Frankfurt. The breakfast buffet is light - no scrambled eggs (just hard boiled eggs), no bacon or sausage. Pastries were so so. There is no public transit nearby, and not much of a choice of nearby restaurants. The staff’s cordiality was sub par. We had stayed at the Munich Motel One and it was much better in all categories compared to the Frankfurt Motel One Airport

The rooms are small but clean and functional. The hotel is located next to a busy highway, yet with the windows closed there is hardly any noise. They serve very good cocktails, and the staff is friendly.

I was very disappointed with my stay at Motel One Frankfurt Airport.
The reception staff were quite rude and unwelcoming. The bartender was more interested in chatting with people about private matters than actually serving customers. I ordered a beer, and not only did it arrive very late, but he didn’t even ask what kind I wanted—he just brought the most expensive option without consulting me.
To top it off, I found out at checkout that the shuttle to the airport isn’t free—even though it’s free from the airport to the hotel. That detail felt misleading and left a bad impression.
Overall, the service was poor and not what I expected from this hotel chain.

Very noisy hotel close to the road. I spent two nights for a business trip and could not really rest. Breakfast area is very small. They also sell you that they do not tidy your room everyday because of sustainability policy. Cost savings sold as sustainability. I have been to many motel ones and was never as disappointed as with this one. I do not recomment this one.
