I stayed at this hotel in Cologne and overall had a very good experience. The room was relatively small, but it was clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful with anything I needed, which made the stay much more comfortable.
The only thing I would have preferred is a small fridge in the room, as it would have been really convenient.

We had 3 rooms which were all very clean and adequate. Breakfast was plentiful and of high quality. Hotel is in a very good position, just off the very centre but walking distance to train station, cathedral and pedestrian area. We had booked interconnecting rooms but they were not available as we arrived late in the evening.

Very good location to access the Christmas Markets. Superb self-parking garage beneath the hotel. Welcoming lounge adjacent to the hotel’s bar. Lovely shower / bathroom; large king-size bed.

Lovely clean room. Staff very friendly. Bar always busy downstairs so must be good! Only issue we had was that the room was way too hot. The air conditioning didn’t work so we had to sleep with the window open and the main road is way too noisy

The room was amazing , such a nice comfortable king size bed after a busy day walking around the Christmas markets, the hotel was amazing with nice breakfast , amazing bar and so many friendly people in the hotel to talk to , really wonderful experience

The location is excellent.
There's a large supermarket nearby, which is convenient.
The underground parking lot is easily accessible. While parking is paid, you can get a small discount if you pay at the hotel.
The breakfast is simple but excellent, and the staff is very friendly.

It was OK. Apparently, this is one of the cheapest places in the area. Rooms are small but comfortable. Breakfast is OK. The location is good, I think it’s 10 or 15 minutes to all the main attractions. The parking situation is pretty good. Also, you just park in the basement and there’s a door leading right to the hotel.

Our River Cruise company booked us into this hotel for 3 nights after our cruise was cancelled. I can’t comment on the price as it was already paid for. We liked the location as it was about a leisurely 20 minute walk to the Cathedral/train station area. The rooms were comfortable. The included breakfast was great. The employees were wonderful. We especially enjoyed the conversations with the night bar manager. I can recommend this hotel.

Hotel is in a quiet area of Cologne.
Very nice inside, seating area to the front outside.
The only criticism I have is the bar staff shouldn't argue whether a drink is flat or not, just replace it.
Bar is reasonably priced.
The rooms are a good size
Breakfast is available if you pay.
There is a supermarket around the corner too.
