The room was great, the service was excellent, and I was very satisfied. The cleanliness was excellent, and transportation was convenient. Our family was very happy on our trip, and the children were very happy. I hope to stay here again next time. The themed rooms are very creative. Thank you.

The reception staff were not particularly friendly, even though I spoke German with them. However, the breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant staff were absolutely wonderful.

Our stay was quite disappointing, and I don't recommend it at all. The room wasn’t very clean—there was dust on the table, the bathroom wasn't spotless, and even the coffee machine and TV had noticeable dirt. The floor was dirty as well. When we checked in late at night, the receptionist seemed reluctant to speak English, which made the process more challenging.
The room stayed cold throughout the night, and we couldn't get it to warm up, which was especially concerning since we had our 10-month-old baby with us. To make matters worse, there was no water boiler in the room to warm up milk for our baby. In 2024, that's just unacceptable.
The bed was uncomfortable, and the view wasn't great either. I noticed there are rooms that have been renovated, but unfortunately, we were given one with an outdated interior and old furniture. On top of that, the door to the outside on the ground floor wasn’t insulated properly, letting in cold air all night.
Overall, the experience left a lot to be desired, and I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here.

The hotel is located in a nice place on highway number 40 (Autobahn40) and behind the hotel is a very nice park and open swimming pool. The reception has a very nice decoration and atmosphere, which offers a nice sitting down with nice music.
The rooms are very nice and big compared with the local hotels with the same pay.
There is a very big free parking place to park the car easily.

Well. Let say we have been to several Van der valk hotels, and this one is not so good for us. The room was fine with balcony except it was not safe if you wanted to have the door open. Plus, smokers-was allowed on the balcony.

We only stopped here to make use of the Tesla superchargers. All of us urgently had to use the bathroom which was no problem! Lovely lady at the reception desk showed us the way.
We were able to play some foosball and go for a walk near the river and lake. Beautiful place both inside and outside.

The kitchen, food, staff and understanding of hospitality is great, staying here for 2 weeks at DRUPA and every dinner from the card was delicious and a great end of a busy day - thank you Eduardo and your staff 🙏

actually very pleased with this hotel. rooms were decent, big and clean. we also had access to a little garden just in front of our balcony which was perfect for our dogs

It’s a nice ,clean, quiet and comfortable place. The only downside is the tv’s in the room’s are outdated. I was really enjoying the food,Eduardo head chef, and his team have surprised us with their modern and, above all, exquisite cuisine. Furthermore, the chef did visit our table and we thank him for that.

We had a birthday party in the restaurant and it surpassed our expectations. We were especially impressed by the kitchen, the food was delicious, creative, and even flexible based on the needs (vegan). Also all the small gestures were super lovely. Recommend!
