Hotel looks quite outdated, ready for refurbishment. I had a luxurious room on the 4th floor, but there was nothing luxurious about it. Mini-bar was empty, it seems they don't fill it up. As a business traveler I would appreciate to have a bottle of water in the room upon arrival late in the evening. Breakfast wasn't that great either. Reception staff was very polite and efficient.

The hotel looks neat, clean, and pleasant. However! Upon arrival in December, we were given a twin deluxe room (there were only two of us🧐) instead of a double deluxe room. We were told it was overbooked. But it didn't stop there. We were given a room with a slept-in, unmade bed that simply hadn't been cleaned. In other words, with our tired heads (it was 10:30 PM), we went to the reception. We were given a single room again, naturally with a small double bed instead of a decent double bed. The next day, we went to the reception for compensation or possibly a room at the hotel near the airport. We were told it was fully booked. As compensation, we were offered a free breakfast for Sunday and a discount on the room. This was supposed to be emailed to Hotelspecials by the long-haired figure. Nice story. It didn't surprise me at all, but 3 weeks later I contacted Hotelspecials. Naturally, I hadn't received an email, and they knew nothing about it. They then forwarded our complaint to Relaxa, adding that the response would take some time given that it concerns a busy hotel chain. Guess what? Nothing. The long-haired monstrosity did absolutely nothing for us at the hotel and thought, "Back to the Netherlands tomorrow, bye-bye." In other words: Looks neat at first glance, breakfast good, but certainty of a booked room... don't count on it. Keeping promises... definitely not. Never again. 🤔

Service is okey, but they never told me there was no air conditioning in the rooms. Had to pay for an upgrade to receive a room with ac. Its 28 degrees outside. The ac stop working by midnight. I had a big bed for one people with only ONE pillow, which by the way was the worst pillow i had. Asked at the reception for an extra pillow and you can’t even imagine what they gave me.. not coming back. Wifi is pretty bad too.

I was looking forward to the spa, but unfortunately there was no hot water. The hotel itself is very clean, and the location and transportation options are not bad. However, the amenities are lacking. For example, I don't have pajamas, and I don't have a toothbrush or toothpaste. Only towels and body soap were provided. It's a beautiful and affordable hotel, but the downside is that it looks like it has a lot of amenities.

Good Quality hotel. Very nice buffet breakfast and fantastic food at the restaurant for dinner. Short walk to centre of Ratigen and train/bus station. The rooms were very clean and relatively spacious. Enjoyed my stay.

Noisy and screwed me with the bill. I asked them if it was possible to reschedule. "Yes" they said. Instead they charged me twice and did not want to refund.
