Good hotel to stay in. Missing some basic amenities but could be asked at service desk. Next to Oberhausen Centro shopping centre and busses to central is just walking distance.

The hotel service is good and it is convenient to go to Centro

location is perfect, just 2 mins walk to Centro mall and the winter market. Rooms are perfect and staff is very friendly. I think this is the first hotel where I saw the environment's sustainable goals implemented

Rooms where neat and tidy, shower was brilliant, pillows take some getting used to

We stayed in the hotel for one night. We got an accessible room without asking for it, but as it did not bother us too much, we did not say anything about it. The room itself was clean and quite spacious

The window overlooked the parking lot. The only thing is that an housekeeper opened our door twice in the morning, while we were still in the room. We mentioned that to the frontdesk and got an apology

Hotel is nice with updated rooms and comfortable beds. There is no air conditioning so it can get a little warm in the summer. Location is pretty good and close to the train station.

Very decent rooms, good bed, nice bathroom, very good location for a stay over in either Duisburg or Düsseldorf (direct metro to the Messe Düsseldorf). I'd come back here!

Lovely hotel, but it is most definitely 'out of town'. Breakfast was varied and plentiful in German style. No adjacent restaurants that I could see other than the unglamorous food of the Westfield Centre

Overall, everything was great. Unfortunately, there was no safe in the room. Breakfast was okay, but the scrambled eggs weren't freshly cooked; I suspect they were from a packet.

Great hotel, newly refurbished, very clean but what stood up was the night shift person Steven Denkowitz who went way out of his way to accommodate me and my family with 2 young children when we checked in at night

Typical hotel for short-term stays, tradespeople, etc. Simple room furnishings, decent self-service breakfast with the option of "breakfast to go". Friendly staff.

One of the best hotels I have stayed. The rooms and lobby was very clean. I have to tell the service was fantastic, because we booked 2 twin rooms for family of 4

And the hitel staff gave us a conjoined room with door in between. Which was so comfortable and my kids loved it

Comfortable bed with a great location. The shower runs nice and hot after a long day. The breakfast is somewhat bare bones but was very filling for a good price.

It's a very old hotel. The breakfast is pretty good. It's about 10 minutes' walk from the train station.

I loved it! I've been there for twice at least for a week each time. Best rates, good staff, gym, sauna bath etc. Rooms are also nice.

Everything oké except that there was no late check out option.

Restaurant and bar both closed during the day and in evening which was disappointing 😕

Great staff, good breakfast, just missing a coffee station and iron in the room. They will bring you coffee, but I like being able to make my own! 5min walk to nearest train station, and shopping mall

After my dinner in the city the lady behind the reception was so friendly to serve my wine and chat a while. Overall very good experience and the bill was very reasonable

The room we had was perfect for a family of 5 (which can be a challenge). Staff was very friendly (especially to our kids). The location is great for visiting the huge Christmas market

All joking aside, it was a fantastic, clean, and well located spot for our eurocup game in geltenkircen

The breakfast buffet was nice, which includes bread, meat, cheese, eggs, condiments and much more. There was definitely enough to pick to eat that even our picky daughter ate enough

The room we got was street side so you should be able to handle street sounds or request another room since the hotel is next to a main road through the city

The beds were fine but we had to request thinner blankets since the standard blankets seem to be made for people that cannot handle cold weather

Further out than expected in a quiet part of Oberhausen, hotel was good - reception staff friendly & very helpful.

We arrived from the overnight ferry to Hook of Holland. This place was perfectly positioned a couple of hours from the port for an overnight stay before exploring Germany

And this took nothing away from the outstanding service and thoughtfullness of the employees. incredibly kind and homely people. Definitly recommend staying here

Stayed here for a night, just to enjoy the christmas markets. Originally we booked this for the lower pricing, but never would we have expected the size and luxury of the rooms

I agreed with them on weekly cleaning, and in the first few week, I wasn't getting enough towels, shampoo, and rarely a shaving kit. The reception team were not very responsive, especially Britta

its in the center with walking distance you can reach to the mall, train station, car rent center even job center so I think its a best hotel and with great price among the others

- the walls are thin, and the same goes for the windows. It's loud because we were next to the main street - I know a smoking room is good for the people who are smoking, but next to the gym, I don't know

Nice hotel. Small, good showers, the mini bar is priced reasnobly and the bed is comfortable. Recomended.
